location and green environment is great. complimentary bikes and kids equipment is big plus.

I would suggest breakfast staff to be friendly and don’t make their job only the task to refill the buffet or clean the table. smile and communication is basic of hospitality

An absolutely delightful experience at Zuzumbo Resort and Spa! From the moment I arrived, the warm and welcoming atmosphere, coupled with the impeccable service and friendly staff, made my stay truly memorable. The ambiance of the hotel added an extra layer of charm, making every moment a pleasure. Everything was super clean and we got shocked seeing how massive the rooms were. The Cuisine is just on top! I couldn't be happier with my choice and look forward to returning soon! *Their Massage is a must! So relaxing after busy working.

I spent a couple of days at Zuzumbo Resort, very calm and greenish place on the hill, overlooking Telavi. Despite of some miss-understandings with one of the receptionist lady at first, my request for a quite room (as I had to work) was immediately solved by the manager Lika in a highly professional way - I feel deeply grateful to her, she made my stay there extremely comfortable. The staff went beyond their limits to be as helpful, nice and wholesome as possible. The hotel is new, surrounded by pine trees and has 2 very good outdoor and 1 indoor pools with spa, bicycles, good breakfast- make sure not to miss their khachapuries. You can feel there how all the staff are making their max so your can enjoy the hotel, this of course promotes the hotel-good job!

Only one unsmiling and not very helpful receptionist, but this was the only exception among the most nice staff there.

The hotel is in mountains, it has its own protected territory. safe for kids to be out alone. Hotel has splendid terrace and price range in restaurant is pretty much acceptable considering they have big portions and really tasty food. Indoor Sauna was best of all and indoor swimming pool too. If only all guests would follow the rules... Really recommended if you get nice deal. Stuff is very pleasant and Generally we loved staying there!

SOUNDPROOF! we were on 4th floor right under the restaurant and on big events and during the day it was not the best place to sleep during the day. after 11pm everything is quite, but if you plan to sleep during the day, not the best option. Maybe lower floors are more or less better options. but definitely not on 4ths floor. That is the only inconvenient in the whole hotel, bearable but there is still things to work on.

The resort is nestled in a stunning setting. Upon stepping onto the premises, one is greeted with an incredibly pleasant atmosphere. The pools were fantastic, as were the other amenities offered on the property. The staff members were exceptionally accommodating. The resort also boasts wonderful areas for walking or biking.

The lift automatically closes, even if we stand in between.

Fantastic pool, comfortable rooms, excellent service , attentive staff! Beautiful nature! Excellent breakfast and nice cafe near the pool! Surrounding of the hotel are indeed exceptional - pine tree wood and nice benches in the wood! At night all the patches are lightened that gives a romantic atmosphere👍👍👍

The one of the best hotel in the Kakheti.very friendly an helpful staff. Very smart and smiling receptionist girl who’s give us detail information about hotel services. Was my friends birthday , And they welcomed us to our room greeting card with wine and birthday cake ❤️❤️❤️food was delicious waitress and waiters are very friendly as well. Thank you all of you , see you soon ❤️❤️

Love this resort. It's' not our first stay there. As always clean, comfortable, safe, friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast and good connection to Telavi center.

I was expecting more Christmas decorations, mostly on the outside territory.
