It's a modern three storey property in the midst of vineyards . The rooms are accessible by elevators. 24 hr reception is there. Rooms are large , comfortable and have the usual amenities that come with a modern hotel. There is a restaurant and a lounge bar. We had delicious food at the restaurant. Their local wines were also great. There is a dry sauna which we made use of . We gave the swimming pool a miss as the water was too cold. Would highly recommend the hotel but only in the right season. Winter doesn't do justice to the place.

As we travelled in winter the vine yards were barren and so the views were not so great. There is nothing to do in the village or the neighbouring villages. Paper cups in the rooms were really out of place.

The room was clean and spacious. The Caesar salad was excellent. Appreciated the assistance in arranging a transfer at short notice.

A few suggestions: 1) Suggest to seal the brick walls in the bedroom; it smelt of damp concrete. 2) Strongly suggest to have glass cups in the room for the water instead of paper cups. 3) Suggest to have glass cups in the bathroom for the toothbrushes. 4) The cake and cups cakes at breakfast were stale. Needs to be improved, with more homemade bread options. Limited fruit for breakfast; more variety would be great. 5) Hotel is very isolated; preferable to go by hired car. 6) It would be great to have a spa.

The staff was really friendly. The room was nice and clean, with everything necessary in it. The location and the view was great, really nice to get out from noisy city and have an quiet and comfortable weekend.

The breakfast could be better, the options of the dishes was not ideal. It was acceptable though. The HVAC system was quite noisy and while it was handling the temperature in the room quite well it was struggling with fresh air. We had to leave the balcony door open to get some fresh air in, otherwise the room was getting really uncomfortable.

This is one of the best small hotel in Georgia, not too far from Tbilisi - it takes little bit more than 2 hours to reach Artwine by car. Hotel is located in the middle of the vineyards, surrounded by mountains on one side and vineyards on the other, This is really unique experience of luxury and comfort in the heart of Kakheti Region. Hotel's building architecture is very different, based on the Georgian traditions. Rooms are large and bright, with a lovely balcony and fantastic view, bathrooms are well equipped and large as well, Outdoor swimming pool is large enough and deep - 180 cm. Foods in restaurant and at breakfast are taste. Free of charge car parking is also available. Staff is very friendly and provided fast service. So, excellent choice for weekend, highly recommended!

TV has just Georgian channels, it's should not be a big deal to offer wider selection of TV programs.

Everything was incredible, the girl on the reception was the the nicest, so attentive and helpful, advised is on the weather and where to stay in our next stop Kazbegi. The guys in the dinner and breakfast were amazing too. Regardless low season everything was working - the sauna, the restaurant, the room was incredible, we really appreciated the upgrade. Would definitely definitely come back if ever in the region again!

The view of the grape fields is amazing. The facilities are excellent, including a sauna and a pool with a nearby bar. The staff was kind and helpful. The restaurant served great food, and the local wine.

Breakfast didn't have a lot of variety, but it was fine. The waiters in the restaurant were young and didn't speak much English, so ordering food was a bit challenging. Thankfully, the receptionist helped us with translation, and we managed.

The sunset view from the terrace is terrific. Red wine from the house was the best one we tried in Georgia. The hotel is really nicely decorated, the rooms were spacious and it was very convenient to have two connected rooms. The restaurant food was good, there was enough choice of different dishes for our 2 day stay. The staff were very nice. They arranged a transfer from Tbilisi with a child seat and the driver was very nice, we asked him to drive us throughout our stay in Georgia. There is a kids room in the cellar.

The pool water was not so transparent, but we were told that it was due to the heavy rain. The kids room lacked wifi and there was poor phone coverage.

This is our second visit to this hotel. The rooms are of fantastic quality. Upon arrival, the beds for the children were already in the room and ready (this is not the case in every hotel). There are many inflatable rings in the pool. I also liked the sauna. The breakfast was also quite good.

The bathroom door opened with extra effort

I really liked staying at this hotel because everything was new, clean, and comfortable. It's also in a really pretty place with lots of nature around.

The only problem is that the hotel is next to a small village and a big grape field. It looks nice but you can't really walk anywhere, you get there by car and so you leave. With all the pretty mountains and fields around, I wished we could have taken some walks.

The place is located in the midst of a beautiful vineyard. The view is stunning. They have a really nice pool and sauna too. The staff was really sweet and helpful. The rooms were very spacious and super clean as well. We really loved the fact that the place was just 30 min away from Telavi city (this might be a problem with people who do not have their own car - as taxis as not as easily available). The place is quiet and ideal for a relaxing time.

The road to get to the place was really really bad. The whole road in Napareuli - which is about a 10 - 15 min drive is under construction and in really bad shape. So that might be an inconvenience to some. Hopefully, they will fix the roads soon. Otherwise, the place is lovely. There is nothing much to do here except wine tasting, and nothing nearby as well. You have to go towards Telavi (30 min away) for anything. So do consider that when you are staying here. If you have a car (even a rented car), it is a great place to stay, to be honest. We did stay for two nights and loved it.
