The staff is amazing specially the lady at the front desk. All others are also very helpful and try to help the guests with whatever they need. The included Breakfast is really good . Price for dinner seems to be a bit higher.Room service is really fast .

The water around the restaurant is very dirty and there is some stale smell around that area which can be unpleasant. If they can clean it and do something about the smell then it would be great.

The view from our lakefront room was spectacular. Our room had a balcony, plunge pool and small fenced yard. Sitting on the balcony with our morning coffee, watching the sun rising, the fishermen collecting their catch from the 'Chinese fishing nets', the small boats passing by, and the birds flying past over the lake, was magical.

Location -- it's fine if you're there to see the lake but otherwise there aren't a lot of tourist sites nearby and only the local villages and temples within walking distance.

Food is a bit expensive for the area In spa they could have some relaxing music and better lighting may give much better experience.

Good resort overlooking the backwaters. It's a perfect spot for watching the sunrise. The staff were very accommodating when we had a change of plans and decided to leave Alleypey a day earlier. They returned 1 night worth of the booking cost back to us. The pool is perfect size too, and is a bit like an infinity pool with the backwaters behind it

Bit more cleaning and maintenance required Especially for bathroom faucets. Renovation works were happening at Spa area.

The backwater resort offers an exceptional escape with breathtaking sunrise views. The rooms provide stunning vistas of the serene backwaters, room service and food was excellent. Highlights was the rejuvenating Ayurvedic spa sessions. Overall, the resort seamlessly blends comfort with nature, making it an ideal retreat for relaxation.

Breakfast was good. The spread was less but the items available were good. The location was excellent. Room service was great. The check-in and check-out process was quick and smooth. The property is small but well maintained. The private plunge pool was great. Views from the room are also very good. Staff are cheerful and courteous. Would love to visit again.

Best resort in Kerala. Awesome customer service, Food is fantastic, facilities, pool and sun rise view was amazing, very helpful front desk staff, this is 10/10 rating resort. I would always love to come back.

The overall ambiance of the hotel is so beautiful. It is facing the backwaters and the view is so beautiful. Overall the property is well maintained and the staff are very friendly. The food quality is also good for the indian guests.

There are mosquitos outside and the accessibility is not great.
