Really nice and cozy hotel. Special kudos to the staff who’ve made our staying there so pleasant and enjoyable. The hotel located on really quite area with good access to cafes and shops, as well as a metro. We enjoyed the week we spent there. Highly recommend!

A few minor things to note: 1. We asked a couple of times to have our wet towels replaced, as they weren’t changed during the regular cleaning. It would’ve been great to have that taken care of without needing to follow up. 2. In our booking request, we specifically asked for two twin beds. While the beds themselves were there, the layout with the nightstands made it impossible to separate them fully, which was a bit disappointing.

We booked two rooms as we are family of 5. Both rooms were clean, comfortable with very nice bathrooms. Coffee machine, small fridge, TV, hair drier, desk, windows that you can open, air condition, always hot water - everything you need in a hotel room. Breakfast was also nice, not a large selection but what is offered is of exceptional quality and very tasty. WiFi worked well too. On the map, the hotel looked much closer to inner Paris than it actually is. But, it takes about ~10 minutes of slow walk to reach a metro line 3 which takes you to Paris downtown.

The only thing I can think of is that one of our magnetic keys would stop working every day of our stay.

The hotel offers modern and comfortable rooms, furnished with style and attention to detail. The staff is exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist, creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. Its location is in a nice, quiet quartier, just a few minutes’ walk to the metro station, from where there is a 10-minute ride to the Opera, with easy access to major attractions and transport links. The breakfast is excellent😍!

Everything. We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we checked in. The hotel is very clean and the staff are lovely. It's a very relaxed atmosphere, and there is a great variety of food for breakfast. Our room was a decent size, very clean, and had a small refrigerator, too. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood and within easy access to the city via the metro. We used the Loiuse Michel Metro (about an 8 to 10 min walk). We would definitely stay at the hotel again if we visit Paris in the future.

No complaints at all

Good position (2 metro stations and 2 bus lines nearby), friendly staff, comfy bed, silent place during the night and in the morning, good cleaning, good heating system. Lift for all flores. It was possible to leave the luggage in a locked room for a couple of hours after check out.

In my opinion it's not a 4* hotel but a good 3*. The room was really really small. There were no slippers and no bathrobes. There was only a bottle of liquid soap and a liquid shampoo+gel douche 2 in 1. I thought a 4* hotel would put at least one small bottle of body lotion but nope. Also it's really weird that there was no proper reception. There is just a girl sitting with a laptop in the breakfast/bar zone who does check in and check out.

Location was great, easy walk to metro, Quite residential area of Paris with a local vibe. Plenty of restaurants in the area considering it was August with some closed for summer holidays. Staff friendly, helpful and inconsiderate. Would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Mercure Levallois very much, the room and bathroom are very spacious and well maintained, the breakfast is very nice but most importantly, the staff is amazing, professional, helpful and always smiling and eager to assist. The location is not very close to the city center, but the metro station is only 5 min walk where you could go anywhere in Paris.

My daughter and I had a lovely time at Mercure Hotel Levallois, the staff were the highlight of our stay, they were all so friendly and accommodating, the lady that looks after the breakfast was just amazing and she would bring us freshly baked croissants from the oven. We highly recommend this hotel with such an amazing team of people running it. The room was lovely, clean, comfortable beds, nice shower. The area is nice and safe with facilities very near by. I like show clean this place it. I also liked that it was close to about a 10min walk to the train station and only a 5 min walk to the bus station (we utilized the bus more since it was closer with our suitcases). The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and always available to use.

You don't have control of the room temperature. The heater was the only thing that I was able to modify (hot or hotter or off). They don't let you turn on the AC and I went on a hot day. They tell you to open up the window if it is too hot and there is no screen to shield from Bugs that come in with the window open.

Chose this hotel mainly for the easy walking distance to the marathon start&finish but was pleasantly surprised by the comfy, clean room with view to a beautiful little courtyard. The trees in front of the window were lovely. The staff was super friendly as well.
