Breakfast was great with good variety. Bed and linens very comfortable. Room smelled clean and fresh. AC worked well

There were only 2 bath towels for 2 people to last 3 days. There was only one hook to hang wet towels and they were still wet the 2nd day. It would be good to start with more towels since housekeeping is only every 3 days

The facility in general seemed well maintained and quite clean for a somewhat budget oriented place. I can’t remember a single cringe or “yuck” moment during our stay. I would definitely use this facility again.

The elevator door was slow and made an annoying alarm noise while closing. Yep, I’m having to stoop that low to think of something to complain about.

Easy to get to. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and fairly quiet (air conditioning shuts off and on but isn’t overly noisy). I like having a fridge, microwave and coffee maker, I needed that. I liked their breakfast selections.

Breakfast was fine. The room was spacious and comfortable.

There was no Hazlenut creamer for the coffee; only half and half and French Vanilla. 'Not a big deal, but would've been nice. Since it's hard for me to walk, I didn't like having to walk half a mile to my room! What was the architect thinking when the elevator was put at one end? 😁

Frightening when I get to the hotel and there were 2 bookings under my name but not knowing for sure if it was a duplicate. Wendy got it fixed for us to enjoy our concert and our stay

Location is awesome. Pool was a nice warm temp. And I had it to myself so no complaints. Room and bed were comfy. Front desk staff made some very good recommendations for eating choices. Very friendly. I did not hear other guests while in my room.

I could not get the wifi to work so that was irritating. And my door didn't latch right so kind-of unnerving the 2 x I came back from an outing and swimming. And I know I latched it the second time. Also the breakfast choices were ok but a bit underwhelming for what they advertise. It was cheesy eggs and sausage for a weekend breakfast. Along with the cereal muffin fruit choices. I appreciated having the eggs and sausage but would have enjoyed other toppings besides ketchup

loved the location, quiet, not a lot of traffic noise. Staff was friendly and quick to check me in. breakfast was great, food was hot and well prepared. Room was clean and comfortable.

Nothing everything was great

It was easy to find. Staff friendly, professional. We had requested a ground floor which we got. The breakfast was good, hot, variety good. Clean! The 1st night we weren't sure about the mattress but we think we were tired and stiff from the 9+HR drive...the 2nd night was great.

The shower curtain liner is short so had to be careful to not get water on the floor. The toilet paper seemed a little thin but really everything was great!

Comfortable, clean, large room, good air conditioning (it was 95 degrees that day!) Very easy to get to.

Tight squeeze past door into bathroom. Would prefer a handheld shower spray.

Breakfast was good with a nice mix of items. There were scrambled eggs; sausage patties, yogurt, various juices and my favorite: A chocolate muffin!
