The chalet itself was a haven of peace and comfort. Spacious and impeccably clean, it offered a perfect setting for relaxation. The calm atmosphere and sense of privacy made it feel like a true retreat, allowing us to unwind and escape the stresses of daily life. It was a home away from home, where every detail was thoughtfully curated to enhance our comfort and enjoyment. Basith and his team made an indelible impression with their friendliness and attentive service. Evidently, they take great pride in their work and ensuring guests have a memorable stay. One of the most noteworthy aspects of our stay was the extraordinary effort the chalet staff put into helping us when our car unexpectedly broke down. In an area where securing a taxi can be quite challenging, the staff stepped in to assist us immediately. They helped us book a taxi and generously offered us the use of their company vehicle to ensure we could continue our travels without disruption. Their willingness to go above and beyond exemplified their unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction, turning a potentially stressful situation into a manageable one.

Green Mubazzarah Chalets, a hidden gem in Al Ain. Great location, quiet, peaceful, very pleasant and a super clean chalet one bedroom chalet (inside & out). But the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff, especially Mr. Basil at Reception, an amazing friendly & professional gentleman. A gated property, good for families, safe & clean. Very spacious chalets fully equipped with split ac units, tv’s, fridge, microwave etc. Very spacious rooms and good running water pressure etc. with a bbq pit in the patio outside. Lots of greenery and parking space too at the chalet with cctv security. You can order food from their restaurants or even Talabat delivers here.

Loved the location and the spacious rooms. The rooms are very clean. Also it was an amazing place for us to braai and just enjoy. It's close to most attractions, so you avoid most of the congestion. If you are looking for a home-like stay this is definitely worthwhile.

Cutlery is very limited. No dishes or pots could be found. We had to order some basics just to be able to function at a basic level. We would have brought our own kitchen stuff if we were warned.

The challet is quite spacious, its more than enough to cater for a family day out. There's a barbecue area as well as a space to park your car. A majlis and a bedroom and a spacious bathroom. Overall it's like vacationing to a home

They knew we were 3 people checking in but I had to request for extra towels, blankets and necessity for the 3rd person which is just not good service. Internet needs to charges separately as well.

I absolutely loved the chalet and the location. The entire area is. very peaceful. And the staff is very helpful and attentive. Although they are managing a very large area, their responsiveness to any request was quick with attention to detail.

The chalet had a full-fledged kitchen but the kitchen itself had limited accessories in terms of cookware.

The chalot was very spacious and clean. The chalot has private barbecue pit..Also the chalot faces the Mountain, so the view was spectacular. Also the location was close to Jebel Hafit, Hilltop Park and Mubazzarah Park. Talabat and supermarket delivery is available

The location is great, close to jebel hafeet, hot springs and Al Ain zoo. The rooms are very spacious and were clean

Asking for additional payments for wifi and extra beds, was a spoil sport. After paying for the rooms, the charges for wifi, extra bed are not huge. But then it gives a very budget airline type of feel. Its unfortunate

The stay was good

After the check out we stayed for barbique and outsider just came in our barbique area and said in alain we share the area and spoke rudely to my parents the security there is very lenient.. just an over view of the area as people would not like this surrounding

The reception was very friendly and welcoming, she gave us all the information and things we need. The staff are so prompt with all our request. Salute for having the best service!

I hope they can add a chair or lounge near the bbq pit for families to chill and eat outdoor. The hot spring was not open in some areas. Kitchen utensils should be provided. I suggest the management can improve in the future by connecting a hot spring pipe in each of the chalet and build a sauna or small pool in the private backyard.

Quiet place, exactly what we asking for.

AC odor was not good, at some points wasn’t clean, like top of the door was with spider web, some cocruches was found at the kitchen. Al and all experience was good, very and very private place with own parking space.
