The staff was very friendly and helpful, from the front desk person to the cleaning staff to the breakfast person. Hotel breakfast was awesome -lots of choices/variety and the food & beverage was fresh. Eggs were real and not powdered or watered down. Hotel & room was clean and updated and there is plenty of parking. Has a nice pool. Hotel is centrally located & is a great place to stay if you are going on bourbon tours.

The HVAC unit in room 202 was very rattly/noisy. Maybe it needs to be serviced? We have a similar unit in our home and it is much quieter. My other suggestion is to provide hand lotion, even if it's on a container fixed to the wall like the shampoo/conditioner/body wash.

Location great close to all the attractions . Staff super helpful and friendly . Very clean rooms, staff brought me non-feathered pillows right away. Breakfast was good and they kept it fully stocked.

Exercise room…..add a tv so you can watch it while running or hook up the machines to the cable. Beds not the most comfortable very firm. Air conditioner seems to shut off in the middle of the night, not sure if that was user error, haha.

Rooms and bathroom was lovely, clean, modern.

The lobby and outside patio were crazy with kids baseball teams. Parents were not supervising them. We were trying to have drinks on the patio with our family, and it was nuts inside and outside. I'm sure it's great business for your hotel, but not enjoyable for your other patrons.

Central lounge for visiting at night. Front desk staff friendly and informative. Nice size rooms with comfortable beds. Quiet at night. Fast elevators

It was close to the town and the staff was so friendly and helpful.

We did not know that they only cleaned the room on the second day of our three nights. They should tell you this upfront when you check in or put a sign in the room.

Very convenient location, in a quiet retail area. Nearby tracks and train whistle did not disturb our stay.

In bathroom, wallpaper was buckled at base of bathtub. This property is only four (4) years old. Breakfast offerings were good.

The pillows are the smallest pillows I think I've ever seen.... big king bed with 4 tiny pillows... not comfortable ones either.

Very clean, I love the common areas, breakfast was good, and the staff was really friendly. Easy to get in and out of there.

The pool was really small, and even though it was close to downtown‘s Bardstown, I didn’t realize we couldn’t easily walk there.

The guest accomodations were amazing, spacious room perfectly clean and inviting, guest work out area, breakfast area, fresh water out for guests at reception, kind and funny staff, great breakfast selections, near downtown Bardstown, great parking and access. Well lit and felt very safe.

Can not think of a thing. It was a great place, and I would stay there again. My daughter and her husband recommended from their past trip.

Excellent location, close to bourbon trail and restaurants close by. Comfortable bed, spacious room, clean and quiet with good temperature control. Parking lot was well-lit. Lobby is spacious with many gathering areas if visiting with other friends/family. Staff friendly and helpful and the fitness room was great.
