We stayed for 6N, and the person in charge was helpful. Requested for extra floor tower and toilet roll, he replace it. The hotel has everything we need, nearby Times Sqyare, walking distance to Port Authority etc. The room has small kitchen where we can do simple cooking was very helpful. Thank you.

No daily cleaning service, but that ok for us. We keep the toilet clean and throw our rubbish every day on the way out from the toilet. The person in charge do change our towel after the 3rd night.

The location, around 15min walk from times square and the bus station to the airport. Metro is less than 10min walk from the hotel The room was clean and having a tiny kitchen was practical Quiet at night and early in the morning Comfy bedding Very good value for the price paid. I will definitely stay again.

Not enough water pressure We only saw the receptionist once, the rest of the time there was nobody at the reception no matter at what time of the day or afternoon. When we arrived at night there was a paper at our name with the access code to our room which means anyone could have taken a picture of the code and go in our room while we weren’t there. The luggage room is accessible to anybody since the door has no lock which means anyone could open your bags or leave with it since there is no supervision of who comes in with what and who comes out with what. That is the only bad point for me. Otherwise excellent value for money.

It was incredibly PRACTICAL. That's all I really cared about. The bedroom was small but was good for two people. The bathroom was actually much bigger than expected. Very clean. The tiny kitchen was incredibly useful. Plates and cups and utensils came in cupboards, and there was dish soap and a sponge. Minifridge and microwave worked amazingly. I did not try the stove, but I'm sure it would've been good for cooking light meals. This place was cheap, clean, located well, and PRACTICAL. I would absolutely stay here again on a budget.

Had to call the number at the front desk to check-in because the staff was on break. However, they answered the call and came immediately.

The hotel went above and beyond by allowing us to reschedule our dates, even though it wasn’t part of their policy. When our flight was canceled, we thought our trip was ruined, but the incredible managers saved the day. Thanks to their kindness and flexibility, we were able to celebrate a magical Christmas in New York. We can’t thank them enough for their amazing support—it truly meant the world to us!

The room was small, normal for NY, but it was clean and efficiently furnished. There was a desk, drawers and closet, kitchenette with stove, microwave, sink and refrigerator and enough dishes to make it handy. The bathroom was plenty large. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The room was cleaned every few days. It was very convenient to have a code for the door and the entrance. It felt very safe. This is a no frills place, no lobby or amenities outside the rom but it's everything you need at a fantastic price. The location is great very close to lots of restaurants, etc. Don't hesitate to book this great room!

Great location. Friendly staff. Very clean and quite hotel with great kitchen in the room. Fridge, microwave, coffemachine, pots, plates, cups, everything like at home. Thank you so much for amazing vacation!

Great choice for stay in middle Manhattan for a reasonable price. Comfortable bed with great linen, nice bathroom, strong wifi, everything was clean. It takes only 10 minutes walk to Times Square. Comunication was quick and nice, there was no problem with later arrival, at the last day we could let our luggages in the hotel through day for free. We definitelly recommend.

We would appreciate some sharp knife in the kitchen corner and two chairs at the table for eating.

It was cozy clean and the manager was very friendly everyday he would ask us what ever needed..it was walking distance to many attractions,rastaurants and the price was totally worth it for 4 nights..had a kitchenette made coffee heated our food ,refrigerator for our leftovers and microwave to heat..just loved it..what else you need if you're out almost every day

As we were tired from the day we just crashed but wished the bed was a little softer..

Great location. Easy walk to Broadway, accsssible to everything. Kitchenette was a convenient facility to have in the room which was clean and comfortable.

Reception often unmanned and staff ususlly unavailable. We didn't have the ability to make calls on our phones overseas so had to email staff if we needed something. No maps or info or foyer.

Lovely staff, very accommodating and polite. Gave some good suggestions. Located 8-9 minutes away from Times Square, 15 minutes from Central Park and 1 minute away from the Hudson River. No luxuries however a family of four with two teenage children were more than comfortable and the fact a kitchenette is available with fridge, hot plate and toaster is great.
