Perfect hotel right at the beach. Top location, nice pool, free kayaking, super breakfast, great food, lovely staff… you name it. And at every corner of this resort you see that the owners love it too.

Mosquitos and sandflies love the beach too and won’t hesitate to say hello if you don’t protect yourself or have any kind of magic natural repellent.

I cried when I left Seavana and left Koh Mak, that’s all you need to know. Never have I ever been to a place this serene, this beautiful and just calming to the soul. I actually have no words to describe this place. I am so grateful that I was able to visit Seavana and I am already dreaming of the day I will come back. I also want to make a special mention to the front office staff which are so accommodating and helpful, and the restaurant staff. Thank you all! I will never forget this place.

From the moment our family walked in we absolutely loved the place, the Staff were super friendly and so helpful and happy 😁 We will definitely be back here again, this has now become our go to island destination in Thailand. 5 ⭐

I am convinced that Seavana was the perfect stay for us and would return anytime. The villas are very clean, the rooms have a cool design and they are located either on the beach or between the trees and a small river, but with sea view as well. Also, each room has cute little books that you can read to relax. The food was amazing, staff extremely helpful and friendly. You can rent snorkeling kits, free bikes and kayaks, as well as scooters that you pay a daily fee for. The staff helped us by booking ferries for us and getting us to and from the pier. The restaurant, bar, reception and pool are right on the beach, together with sun beds and hammocks. We had no problem with the sandflies, though I must say that we applied mosquito repellent frequently, when we got out of the water and before going outside.

I have no complaints and would return anytime to Seavana!

Everything was perfect ! The villas are big and comfortable. Pool is nice, food is great, the beach is clean. The employees are always trying to help as much as they can, always smiling. The massage was perfect, you can hear the waves and enjoy the silence of the place. I will come back for sure whenever I go to Koh Mak again !

If you’re thinking of booking, go for the beachfront suite — trust me, waking up right on the beach is something I’ll never forget. The room is stylish and comfy, with a great shower and a cool outdoor tub. The upper terrace? Perfect for watching dreamy sunsets. The staff were all super sweet — from check-in to check-out, everyone we met was friendly, helpful, and happy to chat or give tips. Breakfast is lovely. They welcome you with fresh fruit served in traditional bamboo baskets, and you can order hot savory dishes from the kitchen. There’s also a buffet with yogurt, fruit, cereals, bread, jams, and hot drinks that are always topped up — all served with genuine smiles and kindness. The pool is surrounded by lush greenery on one side and the sea on the other… just wow. It’s incredibly peaceful here. If you’re into calm, quiet vibes, this is your spot. There’s even a game area with a pool table, foosball, and books you can borrow. Honestly, it’s hard to describe the feeling, but it’s one of the most beautiful and relaxing places I’ve ever been. Highly recommend.

This place is absolutely fantastic. They make you feel like family. We stayed in an ocean front suite and it was comfortable with a lot of seating options. Absolutely in love with the housecoats provided. Situated on the best beach in Koh Mak, the views are always breathtaking. I’m a huge fan of the toiletries provided and the cleaning staff is phenomenal. The bar staff are so nice and friendly, mixing up some pretty potent drinks for Happy Hour. The most delicious welcome drinks upon checking in and our room was available right away which was amazing! Check in staff were above and beyond the friendliest. We rented scooters from the hotel at 300baht and also did a massage at the resort. They also organized our boat tickets to Koh Chang while we were exploring the island. Everything was absolutely fantastic. There is no negative aspect for this hotel. We already booked for next year because it’s literally our favourite hotel in all of Thailand. Period.

We should have stayed longer! I never cry in Thailand, there’s no time to be sad here. But they made me cry upon checkout. Not their fault lol, but mine. They gifted us the most precious photo in a fancy envelope as we were leaving. Emotional moment lol

Amazing staff, beautiful location, great food and beverages. This is the sort of place you go to so you can recharge and there is so much available you could spend a week in the resort without leaving and not miss out on a thing. The pool was perfect. The ocean mere steps away. They have Kayak available at reception to explore nearby islands. The rooms are surrounded by beautiful trees filled with singing birds. I didn’t even get bitten by any sandflies while here but would recommend bug spray to be safe.

Loved our beach side 2 level bungalow. It was very private and extremely comfortable. Bed and pillows were top notch. Staff was helpful and friendly. You will need a scooter to get around but it's a small price to pay for such an outstanding resort. Breakfast had a good selection. We are there twice for dinner and enjoyed it both times. Great all around resort. We would stay there again.

Sand flies were a problem on all of Koh Mak, just make sure you bring bug spray although they do sell it at the resort if you don't have it. This was not the resort's fault, they are everywhere, this is just a tip.
