Absolutely amazing resort! The staff is very kind and helpful every step of the way. Located at the end of chewang beach, with Tops Daily store right next door, plus other eateries and stores. Laundry, taxi and all these kinds of things are always available by the Tops and at the back area. Peacefully quiet and perhaps even secluded from the rush and business of other happening places. If you're able to walk, the whole chewang street is available and possibly can be covered in 40 mins or so. Due to us having kids with us we were never able to get very far without having to take a cab. The central mall is hardly 10-15 min by cab/tuk tuk and charge about 150-200 depending on how well you can bargain. We booked a family room, which included a large king size bed with bunk beds for kids. We had the pool located right outside our room and there's even a bar by the poolside. The area is located on a 'canal' and although non functioning, gives a very good vibe. Truly and very grey stay here.

The room was a bit of a squeeze as it was just over 350 sq. Ft. We had the ground floor room so there were about 50-75 sq. Ft. Extra space with the balcony. The room was just comfortable enough for our family of four. Due to the room size being so small, just a fridge, kettle (with tea and complimentary water bottles) and a safe are available as amenities.

The location is excellent. It is very quiet and there are restaurants, convenience shops and massages nearby. Staff is super nice and helpful. Scooter rent is cheaper than outside. The swimming pool is cool and clean (excellent for infants and toddlers as well) The room is clean and very nice. Bed is also very comfortable. Big TV with youtube and Screen Mirror option to watch whatever one's like. Breakfast is cheap (250 baths for a buffet), and it slightly changes every day. There are cereals, fresh fruits, salad, toast, eggs, beans, bacon, and Thai dishes.

Even if breakfast was nice, sometimes food was cold. A minor issue, though. Water power was super weak, and it is a bit complicated having a shower because it wasn't wall mounted. It is not very hot as well.

We had a fantastic stay, made even better by the incredibly kind and welcoming staff. They even made sure we could check in early after our morning flight, which we appreciated. The rooms were clean, and the pool was a great spot to relax. It would be even better if the pool bar opened at 10 AM and if there were more beach chairs available. Also the breakfast was not the best. Overall, the wonderful service made our stay extra special – we’d love to come back!

It’s just a lovely place to stay. Staff are so friendly and attentive. The resort is super calm and relaxing but is within walking distance of the hectic chaweng beach area and the boxing stadiums. They have an in-resort massage area - the Aloe Vera massage is great if you pick up a bit of sunburn. There’s a bunch of tours and excursions that pick up from the hotel if you want to do a Jetski safari or the likes. There’s a Michelin star restaurant literally on the other side of the road too.

We had 3 rooms for our stay and they were all clean and functional. The staff were all very accommodating, helpful and friendly. Location was good for us and access to the beach was within easy reach. The food that we had whilst in the hotel was all good and very reasonable priced.

If I had to point out one thing it would be the lack of storage in the rooms. could do with a few more drawers etc. Although I did ask for more coat hangers and these were delivered within minutes.

This is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in for a while, the pool and lounge area was beautifully maintained, the room was very comfortable with a nicely furnished bathroom, and the staff were excellent. Also you could hire scooters directly from the hotel for a really great price and with no need for a deposit etc (as they have your details already). The only downside is it was a bit further out but only 15 minute walk to the busier part of Chaweng beach. It was a really excellent hotel.

We would have liked to have two keys so that when we came back from a long hot day out the AC could be already on, but everything else was brilliant.

We were a bit disappointed with our first room as it was very musty with a loud aircon. After the first night in there we decided to ask for a different room or we would have moved. The were very good and after sending an engineer to look at the aircon and then a manager to come look the moved us. After that we had a great stay. Very pleasant and helpful staff and pretty comfortable rooms. Clan and modern.

The first room we stayed in felt like it had never been open to the fresh air and the aircon made a clicking noise throughout the night so we couldn’t sleep.

Room was super nice. A bit noisy from guests in the rooms nearby but still okay compared to others in thailand. Clean and neat, great pillows. Bathroom was good. Location is perfect as its really close to the busier parts but distant enough to be some what quiet at night. Breakfast was pretty sparse, but fresh. Wellcooked food in the restaurant

The biggest downside has to be the pool area which is... not nice. I mean it's modern, but no sunbeds, only weird lounge chair things. And the fact that the pool i located right on the walk path to the restaurant just makes it a very non relaxable place. Safety box a bit too small to fit a normal sized computer.

I found myself in a difficult situation as my husband was hospitalized nearby, and I was alone with two small children. From the very first moment, the staff went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed. The hotel is impeccably clean and well-organized. Everything is perfectly maintained, and the attention to detail is remarkable. The golf carts were always available, either at the reception or near the rooms, making it very convenient to get around. But what truly stood out was the kindness and dedication of the staff. They were always there with a smile, ready to help with anything, no matter how big or small. Their support made a challenging time much more bearable. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your care and professionalism. I will never forget how much you helped me and my family. This is more than just a hotel—it’s a place with a heart.

This was our second stay, this time we spent 9 nights at the hotel. It's in a quiet area but still relatively close to Chaweng. The pool area is very nice. The hotel is not huge but big enough so that you feel like the staff is always around. The beds are super comfortable.

For the first few days we had an ant problem around the bathroom sink, but I think through regular cleaning by staff, this got solved. The drainage in the shower could be improved a bit too - the water stays around for hours.
