We recently stayed at the Baron Hotel, and our experience was simply wonderful! We especially want to thank the staff for their attentiveness and care – every team member was incredibly polite and always ready to help. We’d like to highlight the breakfast in particular. The selection was very rich, with a variety of dishes and drinks to suit every taste. Everything was delicious, fresh, and hot. The staff carefully ensured that nothing ran out on the tables and promptly replenished the food. They also asked us if everything was okay and if we were satisfied – their genuine care for guests was truly felt. The breakfast areas were very cozy and beautifully decorated for Christmas and New Year, creating a festive atmosphere. Soft and pleasant music played during breakfast, perfectly complementing the ambiance. All of this left us with only positive impressions and set the mood for the entire day! The rooms felt a bit tired and could use some updates. Additionally, the Wi-Fi signal was very weak, which made it difficult to stay connected.

We are from USA and didn’t know much Polish. The staff at the Baron are great! And their English is good too. We got to know Victoria and Olivia who work there, and all staff were friendly and helpful. Be sure to use the sauna at the hotel too. We will stay there next time in Poland.

- Amazing premises, central location near the Rynek - The stairwell is an exceptional maze :-) - The room #8 is spacey and comfy, including a kind of living room - Quiet to sleep in, no outside noise - Comfy beds

- Clogged drain in the shower - Note that there's no lift (but we are not American) - The pay parking lot in front of the hotel doesn't accept cards, cash only.

Staff were friendly and very helpful, breakfast was superb with a lot of delicious options, location was perfect, 2 minutes walk from the main square. Room was spacious and very clean, and small garden at the front was ideal for a nightcap or 2!

Very comfortable place in the Heart of Jelena Góra downtown district. Everything was very good and the stuff was super friendly and helpful.

Nothing, but there’s a few things that could be improved. Actually only the coffee machine in the breakfast room was a bit complicated to handle and the bread that was offered wasn’t so fresh anymore but all in all it was very great variety of food and very delicious.

Super friendly, relaxed staff. Room was excellent! Breakfast was excellent with great selection of food, super nice cappuccino and cozy dining room. Our sauna was ready for us in less than 30 minutes since we asked for it. Car park opposite the hotel charges only £4 / 22PLN for 24 hours.

The hotel is very nice. We had a very large room, with double bed and seating arrangement, on the top floor. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast very nice in a very cozy area. The hotel is situated just around the historic central square in Jelenia Gora, which is gorgeous and very lively with all its different pubs and restaurants. We nicely blended in with the locals in one of the pubs.

There is nothing not to like in this hotel

The staff were extremely friendly! Interior was super cute. Everything clean and tidy. There is a Thai restaurant in the hotel which was a very nice surprise. It’s close to everything and the parking is beside the hotel. During the weekend the on street parking is free.

Good place to stay in Jelenia Góra. Directly next to the main square. The decor in the rooms is a bit eccentric, but the rooms are comfortable and clean. Friendly staff.

The breakfast has a lot of choice, but not everything is of great quality (supersweet "juice" instead of real juice, coffee is mediocre). Still okay breakfast.

They also helped me with some necessary washing i had. Really nice. Safe parking for my motorbike.

Nothing....it could get hot in some rooms if the temp. Is high and they don't have A/C. Didn't worry me this time. But some guests need A/C.
