Excellent location, close to the metro L1 and to the university and hospitals. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The breakfast's choices were great, savory and salty, and fresh fruit, plus gluten free products.

It was slightly noisy but it was due to guests arriving late at night.

I recently stayed at Vomero High Hotels for four days while attending a course in Naples, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The managers were incredibly supportive, always ensuring that everything was perfect during my stay. A special mention goes to the kitchen staff, who provided great hospitality. He served with a smile, making my experience memorable. I don’t know the names of the staff, but I am incredibly thankful to all of them. Their kindness and professionalism made my stay even more memorable. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. From the cozy rooms to the excellent service, everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Vomero High Hotels to anyone visiting Naples. I will definitely return in the future!

If you travel by car, this is a perfect location! It is easily reachable from the highway, they have their own parking both free outside and with fee in the garage. We parked outside in front of the hotel and we did not use the car anymore because a metro station is just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. You can reach downtown in 15 minutes and the ticket is cheap. Cheaper than paying parking in the center by far (1,20 EUR). The hotel room was spacious and clean, the reception staff helpful and provided all information at arrival. We reported blocked drain in the shower and it was fixed immediately. Breakfast was plentiful, though eggs were really weird, like those were not eggs at all but some mixture from the card box. For Italian hotel with 4 stars, this should not happen. The reception recommended a restaurant Rigatoni which we then returned to every night for 4 nights, it was that good!!! It was 15-20 minutes walk from the hotel, which we enjoyed because we got to know the neighborhood as well. Near the hotel is also a shopping center with many clothing stores and large grocery store.

The hotel looks new and welcoming. The room is large and extremely clean. Air condition strong and quiet. The bathroom was spotless and they changed the towels every day. There is a fridge in the rooms and the drinks are complementary ( I found out when I tried to pay for my drinks when checking out). The breakfast was plentiful but choices are limited. The staff were helpful and accommodating. Next time I would get a room with a balcony.

The wifi was a bit touch and go. The hotel was not located in Vomero area which is a really nice neighborhood. It is about 10 minutes walk from Rione Alto metro stop.

Nothing. But I suggest to add more items to the breakfast and have a coffee machine in the breakfast buffet instead of asking the waiter to get it from inside. I also suggest to have an extra person in the breakfast room, as 1 person doing all the duties by himself is too much especially if there are a lot of people. The breakfast person was always smiling, very attentive and extremely professional.

Relatively easy to reach by car (a consideration with Napoli's confusing maze of roads) and within a 10-minute walk of the metro. Newer hotel, so the room was in very good condition. Parking at an adjacent lot for a small additional fee. Good selection at breakfast.

The layout and stone tiling make the hotel somewhat loud. Having a room on the first floor, I could hear people talking in the nearby lobby whenever there was a new arrival at the hotel. No non-Italian-language channels whatsoever on the TV. (You'd imagine that with hundreds of satellite channels there'd be at least one in English, French, German or Spanish...but, no.) No view to speak of. Possible to walk to the city center, but it's a long walk.

I had a great stay at Vermora High Hotel. The property was super clean, well-maintained, and offered good value for money. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is also a big plus—it’s very close to the metro/train station, which made getting around the city extremely convenient. The area felt very safe, even when walking around at night.

The only minor downside was the breakfast, which was just okay and could use a bit more variety.

The breakfast was top! Very fresh and nicely served. Also, real espresso-not from a bag of coffee syrup out of a machine. The room was very, very clean and comfortable beds. Staff was really excellent, informative and friendly. The location was great because it opened up a new neighbourhood outside of what I had previously experienced from Naples.

Honestly, can only recommend this accommodation and I would stay there again.

Super friendly team of staff that wanted to always help. Truly the nicest owner and staff and couldn't have been kinder ppl - always helped us to get taxi's and answer questions. I was very thankful for their assistance despite the location was not good for our tourist needs. We made the best of it but spent a fortune on taxis

Location if being a tourist is way too far away from the things you would want to do and train station very far, you have to use taxis everywhere you want to go unless you are comfortable taking the bus. It is insane how ppl drive there and walking doesn't feel safe due to how narrow roads are and ppl parked and driving on all sides, and mopeds.

The breakfast was amazing and the staff were very kind and accomodating. The metro/subway is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel and the subway in Naples is very easy to take. Whenever we needed anything the staff would always assist us. The hotel location is a bit far from the city centre but it is very accessible to travel there from the hotel. The hotel was very clean and we will definitely stay here again if we are in Naples. Overall excellent value for money.
