The staff were very reachable via WhatsApp and very helpful - they helped us book a 5am taxi to the train station. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It was relatively close to the port and very close to public transport.

The front door was a little hard to unlock, we had to get the help of the staff on our first day before we figured out how to get it open. The kettle also wasn’t working when we were there. But otherwise we really enjoyed our stay!

Great location, beautiful views from windows, property was clean, and easy instructions were provided by property manager well in advance of arrival. One bed was hard (but not impossible to sleep on) daily cleaning and clean towels were provided. Easy access to transportation, city sites, shopping and restaurants. Thank for a easygoing vacation spot. Would utilizing and recommend this facilities for anyone interested.

Easy to get from airport. We took Alibus which costs 5 euros and get off in second stop (Port of Napoli). From there it is 7 minutes walk to the B&B. Host was very kind and helpful. She helped us to reserve place in restaurant, answered all our questions. Room was very comfortable and cozy.

When I booked room we were two people and it was written that it is double room we booked thus when my friend wanted to join us, I thought it will be ok. But when we got to B&B, we were given one room and the door to second room was locked. At the end we had to pay extra fee to get to that room. Water in shower was a bit tricky, you had to wait for it to get hot or cold, so it took 5-7 min to regulate water.

The location was very central and despite having windows to a big street, the room was quiet. Also, the size of the room was big and the bathroom was nice and modern. It is a good choice for a short stay in Naples, even though a bit pricey.

It was not clear where the entrance to the building is - it could be better described beforehand. Also, we had some trouble with getting in the building because the receptionist wasn't there, but we got advice from the contact person via Whatsapp, so it was fine. Also, the blinds were not working properly and made the electricity turn off. We were also promised a sea view and there was none which was a disappointment. Worst of all, breakfast in a nearby café - no choice, just a coffee and croissant, definitely not a proper breakfast, no good quality or service.

The location was great! Very convenient and easy to find and just a short walk from the port! Everything was clean and the apartment was the perfect space for 3 people. Also the host was very easy to contact, which made check in go so smoothly even though we arrived a little late. Thank you!

Convenient location for us, although we were only there for one night. Its relatively close to the castles. The room had comfy beds. There is no breakfast, but there are coffee shops nearby so we just visited one of those. The person looking after the room and booking was very helpful and responsive with any questions I had.

Its 11 storeys high. It was fine for me, but the person I travelled with does not like heights. Personally I would stay again if/when I return to Naples.

Great location, short walking distance from the city center. The owner was very nice and helpful. Very clean. In the common area there is an electric kettle, tea/coffee, microwave, and snacks. Good price

Breakfast served in a nearby coffee, included only a cup of coffee e and a croissant. No free parking, used a nearby parking lot for 30 Euro / day.

Location was great. Homey feel. Great view of the castle from Capri room.

Bed was a bit hard for me. But that is a matter of taste, as my boyfriend thought the bed was very comfy.

V convenient location. Easy access to city attractions and to the port. Comfortable clean accommodation

A possible drawback is breakfast not being onsite but available at a cafe a v short distance away. So very much an Italian style breakfast but maybe not to everyone's taste
