I had a fantastic stay at this apartment for three weeks. The check-in process was incredibly smooth and well-organized – I received detailed WhatsApp messages with helpful videos showing exactly how to enter the building, use the lift, and unlock the front door, which made everything so easy. The apartment itself was spotless and in an excellent location – within walking distance of major attractions and just a short walk to both the tube and train stations. It was the perfect base for exploring the city. I really appreciated having access to a fully equipped kitchen, which allowed me to prepare my own meals during the stay. One of my favorite little touches was the small coffee machine – I used it daily and loved it! Roberta was always available and happy to help with any questions I had, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, this is an excellent place for both short and long stays, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay.

Great location, right next to the Museo metro station and the Archaeological Museum. There’s a supermarket right at the entrance to the building. The shared kitchen has everything you need — a stove, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine. If you’d like, they also provide an Italian-style breakfast: pastries and juice or coffee. The room still felt nice!

The room is cozy, though the renovation seems a bit dated — there are scuffs and scratches on the walls and so on. But that didn’t affect the stay.

The guest house is in a central location, 2 metro stops are right near the guest house. Turn any corner and you have streets full of life, coffee shops, eateries, restaurants and bars. The host Roberta provided clear instructions how to access the property, showing what, where and how in a video. Easiest check in out of many places I've stayed 😊 Roberta was really helpful and very quickly responded to questions I had. Will choose A Casa di Nina in future when I come back to Napoli. I have no words to describe how beautiful the accommodation is. I felt so comfortable, and the apartment has absolutely everything you need. Big praise for the interior, you can really see that someone has thought about every corner. This will most likely be the first accommodation I check when I decide to visit Naples again. Also, the location is really satisfactory, it takes a few minutes on foot to get to the very center of events, and yet you are separated from possible noise. I must emphasize that you get such detailed instructions from the owner of the apartment, that I was delighted. 10/10

This is probably my 3rd or 4th stay when I visit Napoli, this time there was a new electricity key lock when leaving the room i couldn't charge my cameras nor my electronic devices unless i am physically in the room which was a pain. The bedsheet was too thin to my liking and the mattress need changing every time i try to sleep it goes deep like a hole which wasn't comfortable

Beautifully furnished room and apartment. The place is relatively quiet considering you are sharing the space with other guests. The property was clean and Roberta’s instructions on how to access the property were clear. It helps to have internet access to find out the instructions though as there are several steps. Aside from being woken up at night by lights turning on in the corridor, it would really help if the doors didn’t have glass but other than that it was a comfortable stay. I would recommend an eye mask to not get woken up. The location is very central and close to Line 1 & 2. Everything is walkable from here.

The apartment is beautifully decorated and very well set up! Private bedroom and bathroom with shared kitchen, dining and living room. Great to be able to use the washing machine! Has an elevator and clear check in instructions. Mobile data is required as the front door lock is opened by a link on your phone. There is a supermarket directly under the apartment, which was very handy.

There was quite a bit of noise from the street. There was no coffee machine for my stay as it had been broken by a previous guest. The park across the street is a bit sketchy.

The location is very decent, next to the two main metro line and around 30 minute walk away from everything in Naples. The room is comfortable and large for one person, and was clean and well decorated. I enjoyed the breakfasts, which was delivered every morning, and there is a kitchen and laundry for your own use. The host was responsive, and proactive in informing me about the usages. Supermarkets and restaurants are plenty nearby, so you can never go hungry.

Minor nitpick, it's on the seventh floor and you absolutely need a 20 cent coin for the elevator the first time before you get the keys. But you do get a good rooftop view of the city.

The guest house is beautiful with thoughtful design and beautiful views of Naples roofs. The room was spacious and the entrance room something I did not expect and appreciated. The common areas are very beautifully designed and staying at La Casa di Nina added to the city amazing Naples experience. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean and so was the bathroom. Access to the apartment was explained very clearly and the owner took the effort to answer extra questions too.

The view was perfect from our balcony! Located right next to "Museo" metro station. Comfy bed. Lots of space with an additional sofa bed. Shower all good. The communal area is great for making coffee on tap. Fridge for storing good from the food store directly next door to the apartment. Only a 5 minute walk to Piazza Bellini where the bars and restaurants open up. Roberta is a fabulous owner and will walk you through everything you need. Very helpful.
