Strongly recommended option if one intends to stay in a location in Naples close to the railway station (which would also allow an efficient travel to Pompei, Mt. Vesuvius, Paestum, or Campi Flegrei) - just 5 minutes walk. Metro station is 1 minute walk, and there is a plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. To the harbour (ferries to Capri/Ischia) is 15-20 minutes walk. We were welcomed very warmly by Luigi and Anna (I hope I remember the names correctly) and were well looked after during our stay. The room was perfectly ok and everything worked well. The hotel serves good breakfast, with a wide choice of cakes, and good coffee; kettle was available. 24 hrs reception is an added value, so there is an option to leave the luggage after arrival prior to check-in and to collect it later on the day of departure. I will be happy to stay at Cineholiday again if I have another chance to visit Naples.

Everything was beautiful

Location was excellent for our purposes since we wanted to travel out of Napoli. Room was of a reasonable size, well equipped and suitable for our 4-night stay. It was clean and beds were comfortable. Air conditioning was working really well. The lady owner was extremely nice and gave us some useful advices, as well as the free coffee at the day of the arrival.

What could have been better: 1. Minor: It is the first time in years that I had to buy toiletries - the amount of free shower gel/shampoo was not enough for me alone, and not to say for me and my husband in hot and wet Napoli. 2. Major: Breakfast bread was not fresh at all - too bad.

I had an amazing experience during my stay — everything exceeded my expectations! The facilities were spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The staff was truly outstanding: friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. The location is also fantastic — very well connected and just a short walk from major metro and train stations. Getting to the most iconic and tourist-friendly spots in the city was easy, fast, and convenient. Every service offered was top-quality and made my trip so much more enjoyable. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting the city. It was one of the highlights of my trip, and I’m truly grateful for the wonderful hospitality. Thank you for making my stay so special!

The owners were amazing, very hospitable and welcoming! The room had a good (adjustable) aircon which was very welcome in Naples heat, the bed was very comfy, the towels large and soft, overall it felt like a well thought through business with a communal area to make drinks or pick up a book from the book exchange suitcase. We went to eat twice to the restaurant attached to the property and it was INSANELY good. Nonna Anna who clearly runs all things for both hotel and restaurant gives all the good southern Italy family owned business vibes, bakes the cakes and her ragu recipe is to die for.

Shower head could be bigger, but the shower is very powerful. Otherwise nothing to complain about.

Staff here were really nice and were quick in communication. We were allowed late check in when we arrived late in the night from our delayed flights. The room was tidy, clean and provided all the amenities you needed. Breakfast was included, offering a selection of pastries, cakes, and coffee.

Very kind hospitality from Anna and the crew. Thank you for the tips on the map how to visit the city seesights and thank you for the delicous breakfast with home made cookies... The movie decoration is a cool bonus, so it is a great place to book a room if you visit Napoli.

Anna and her family was super kind and awesome. It is a cute family hotel and if you have any questions you can ask them. I was suprised that they cleaned the room every day, i did not expext it, it was a food suprise. Thank you Anna for the recommendations and for the kindness. The breakfast was good as well, they prepared every kind of food so we could choose every day and they making the coffee for you as you like 😊 The place is near to the centre, the metro is 4 minutes walk away. really enjoyed our stay here, very recommended.

The cleaning was a little late, around 3 pm every day so sometimes we went back before it happened, but the staff was super kind as well so we could manage it easily 😊

Mum and daughter on our first visit to Naples. Great place to stay near Garibaldi Central Station, which was 5 minutes walk away, easy access for our visits to Sorrento, Pompeii and using the Metro around Naples. The area was a bit of a culture shock, but by the end of our 4 days we'd had a great time and will have lots of good memories. All the staff at breakfast were lovely; time slots are required as limited tables, but staff have it all working extremely well. The room was big and quirky, it wasn't all perfect but it didn't need to be. Aircon was great. The balcony doors opened so that was nice in the morning. A fridge for our water bottles, hooray!. A transfer from the airport was booked quickly after my initial enquiry and we paid for it at the end of our stay - thank you Luigi. Train route advice too. Thanks to the night staff and cleaning ladies who do a great job. Midday checkout is a real bonus and was great for us. Yes there is graffiti on many of the street walls in this area and all over Naples, and some of the area is run down, but who cares, we were here to experience Naples and the surrounding area and we had a great time doing so from a well located hotel. :)

The entrance to the hotel was a bit daunting at first and we wasn't sure how to get in. We managed to get access as someone was coming out (we arrived very late at night). There is actually a buzzer you can push to the right of the door but we didn't know which number or button to press. For guests arriving late at night when the door is locked maybe this information could be given in email or text. I'm sure it would be really helpful. The entrance is open in the day time.
