The room was clean. My fridge was freezing everything so I had to pull it out and turn the nob down and it worked better with no freezing. I didn't get to swim but the pool looked nice. The walls are pretty thin but they do space people out so as long as they aren't fully booked you probably won't have anyone in the rooms to either side of you. I come from a very small town so having close access to so many restaurants and shopping was awesome.

There is only 1 ice machine on the main floor outside the pool area and I did have to take the elevator down to get ice. More of a slight inconvenience than a dislike. I stayed 4 nights. They didnt clean my room 1 day for some reason. It got missed.

Room was bright, spacious, clean and comfortable with lots of nice touches/amenities. Outstanding value for the price. Would absolutely stay there again if the need arises.

Had some trouble figuring out how to turn on the shower, operated differently from any other shower I've used.

I believe the water pressure was lacking. Along with the gentleman at the front counter in the morning was lacking professionalism, I had asked a question, and he acted like I had asked him for his kidney.

I’m a very light sleeper and my first room was a little too close to the office area and they gave me a room change without any issue after that my state was perfect

Breakfast was nice. Location was good for our purpose in Indy.

Have the staff be able to obtain items out of the breakfast nook such as milk for late night snacks or have milk available in the little shop,

Room was fairly clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

There was hair in the shower, not a big deal. Room felt a bit small, but again, not a big deal. Overall, a good experience and we would stay again.

The breakfast was amazing! It was super convenient that there were to go bags. I loved all of the options!

I wish that there was something gluten free. I did have the sausage and felt okay afterward.

The air conditioning unit in my room had two blue lights that acted as a strobe light flashing on the ceiling, non-stop!

The location was close to restaurants. The rooms were very spacious. The gym had a nice weight selection!

The bathroom had some stray hairs in it, but everything else was clean. The hotel itself was very warm and the thermostat in the room kept messing up.

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Bed was extremely comfy. Even though it was on a busy road, it was very quiet. Very stylish and modern.
