I liked how clean everything seemed, from the lobby to the room itself. I felt very comfortable staying here.

I know the balconies are small, but maybe 2 chairs instead of 1 would have been better. Also, the tv, while it served its purpose, was very dated, and sometimes the remote didn't respond. Probably just needed new batteries.

Location was great. Room was pretty comfy.Pool and jacuzzi were lovely. The young lady at the front desk, Amber, was so nice and helpful.

Our first morning, my husband asked for orange juice at the snack bar from the older front desk lady and was handed an unopened bottle that clearly did not look right. It had expired 2 weeks ago. He informed her about expired. We overheard her telling a younger woman that "it looked fine" to her and did not throw the juices away. The next morning, my husband went down for waters and saw another man with one of the juices. He told him it was expired. The 2 ladies from the previous morning were both there. The younger one aggressively took all the juices and threw them away. When I went to check out, the younger one was curt, almost rude toward me. They should both receive training on safe food handling and customer service because they lacked skills in both areas.

Great parking - right up front. Had a 1st floor to take my Dog out to potty. Easy to access the City, and Broodripple. Easy to get to 465. Overall the place was quiet at night, and was clean. The staff was tolerant of me and my story telling personality. Although I did pick up that that the front staff was not MAP smart. I asked them how to get somewhere, and they said they were not from Indy.

I think a free breakfast would be fair, it not rocket science to set up a little eatery. Also no hand help shower head. I have girl parts, get it ? Don't stay in 103, they have a door to the other room next door, and you can hear everything. I can hear them talking, peeing, and the dog was crying for several hours I just turned up the TV or turned up the fan to block the noise.

I took 4 of my kids to the museum in indy, this hotel wasn't too far and it was away from the city in a quiet area. The pool area was nice, inside and out. Our stay was peaceful and comfortable. The staff was great and all though I didn't have my dog, nor did I see any, they welcome them with a water bowl near check in and dog treats at the front desk. They even sell tennis balls and other pet accessories. I would definitely recommend!

The whirlpool was out of commission.

The hotel was great, better than I thought it would be for the price so it was definitely a great value. We were in a king suite and the bed was super comfortable. I will definitely stay here again when I need a hotel in Carmel. They had a great pool and hot tub area but unfortunately I didn't have time to use it. They also had billiards which would have been fun if we would have had time.

Honestly my only complaint is that the towels were a little thin and scratchy. Everything else seemed pretty luxury. I really don't have much to say as far as complaints.

Good location for me! The gal in Reception was amazing. Some problems getting my European CC to work in their system but she persisted and finally everything went through and I got a room on the top floor!

No breakfast option …. save for a grab bag and coffee in the morning. Very poor considering the price. (In comparison Microtel Inn at the airport on the previous night provided a very satisfying breakfast .. at 1/4 the price )?

The beds were comfortable. I requested a room with a walk-in shower and initially was provided a room with a tub. The front desk was able to find me a room with a walk-in shower. The room served the purpose of a place to sleep and be close to the heart hospital.

Would like to see a microwave in the room versus having to eat out all the time. Most hotels have free continental breakfast and need better shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. Both rooms had an odor and had to use a body spray to make it smell better. It would be nice if the rooms smelled as good as the front lobby.

Great location for access to the doctor office we were going to.

No microwave in the room & the strangest refrigerator I’ve seen. Couldn’t make it work for the whole stay. 2 hrs at a time which made it not keep stuff cold. Fortunately it was cold out so we put our stuff on the balcony. We wish they could’ve put us on the ground floor since we had dogs.

We loved the balcony overlooking the courtyard! It was very relaxing to be able to sit outside and enjoy morning coffee and a meal. The rooms were clean, and the area felt very safe. The hotel was quiet, even though it appeared almost full on our second night. And even though it was close to the highway, there was no traffic noise. Also, it was an easy drive to access restaurants, grocery stores, or anything else we might have needed.

Called down on the final night of our stay to see if we could get a one hour late check out, and the staff member said she could not accommodate that. Called back in the morning, and that staff member said no problem! Breakfast would be a great addition to this hotel, as well.

The room itself is super styley, for the 100 usd I paid. Mini balcony overlooking the courtyard, desk, sofa, fridge, even a hideaway bed for guests. I think the main purpose of this hotel is to be close to hospitals. It isn't close to anything else.

The staff seemed fairly disinterested and perhaps overworked... However, they absolutely met all my requests and provide everything I asked for, including early check in, late check out and a clutch cup of morning coffee. The rooms were not soundproof but I never noticed any distracting noises, although hallway conversations were easily heard.
