My family and I attended my nieces wedding. I loved that we could just focus on getting dressed and being in and out for all the events she had planned. It was peaceful sleep, wonderful breakfast, excellent location and my daughter was able to get laps in at the beautiful pool. Upon check out after our two day stay, front desk staff, Kanye was pleasant and very knowledgeable. I told her my family and I will be back...Thank you Staybridge!!!!

Later breakfast on Saturday morning. We left to travel back home and the breakfast time was after our departure. But we understood that it's a different schedule.

Breakfast was traditional, but to be expected and good. Maybe a chef cooking personal omlettes during the week or on the weekends would "spice" things up a bit. Security aspects were spot on. Pet friendly was huge consideration and could have been a deal breaker if not in place. Staff was phenomenal and went out of their way to make sure our stay was positive and comfortable.

The only thing I can think of but you really have no control of, is most eating establishments are 5-10 minutes away. If someone didn't have transportation at hand, this could be detrimental to a positive experience.

The cleanliness, friendly staff, and having an affordable room with kitchenette and other amenities in addition to breakfast each morning and social hour with food being available each week.

Some of the food (bagels and bananas) were old or had some mold on them (small spots not easily seen). The bagels are understandable because it doesn’t take much for them to go from fresh to bad quickly. I should have mentioned it to staff but I did throw away ones that I saw mold on. Over all the breakfast was good.

Very nice hotel. Will look for these for future travel. Wasn't too crowded the night we were there - Sunday - and the price was very reasonable. Good, safe location. Super breakfast - big variety. Although we didn't have our dog, good to know the price would be $25 at this location. Great place. Recommend highly.

Small picky detail.. There were no USB charging power points anywhere in the room - not one. We forgot our plug-in chargers, so couldn't use our electronics very long. Our fault.

Location was close for a family event. Clean property. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Nice water pressure in the shower. Great breakfast.

There could have been a second person to help check in. Arrived at 4:00. An hour after check in. There were five of us waiting . The first customer was waiting on their room to be cleaned to finish up. The rest of us had clean rooms but had to wait because of this.

I’m visiting the town sometime and stayed in a many hotels in northern Indy. I don’t care how many stars this Staybridge has- I feel home there. And it’s make me come back there. The people on the front desk treated me better than anywhere else! All the property is extremely clean, the kitchen has everything you need and even more. I can definitely call it “My second home “. Thanks for everything 💖 I’m texting this and have a feeling that I can make the hotel more busy and probably will not have a possibility to stay there for the next time, but this Staybridge is worth it 👌

No complaints at all about the facility especially NOT the staff . The room was absolutely amazing, the price versus the amenities was excellent, definitely priced in favor of the guest. The staff were all absolutely exceptional and accommodated each request with a smile! My family and I came to Carmel for my sister to have heart surgery at St. Vincent Hospital-Carmel. There was a problem with the second day reservation, that was my fault because I didn't submit the proper payment method when extending and payment was declined. I was notified of the decline as my family and I were leaving to head to the hospital for my sister's surgery. I told them I was very sorry but I had to leave and was unable to fix it right then but would be back as we were running late to her surgery and they would cancel it if we were more than 15 minutes late. When I told Nadia this she was so kind and was extremely caring and agreed that I could come back afterwards and my sister was more important. This really stuck out to me because so many times businesses and people are so stuck on the rules and regulations and forget the humanity of others and themselves and cater to the greed of making a profit. She could have so easily demanded payment or made us vacate the hotel unless payment was produced as she had the right to do so. However, she showed compassion and grace in a time that my family and I needed it the most. The next day when checking out to travel the 3 hours back home, Nadia asked me about my sister. She said she'd been thinking of her since we were not back when she'd left from her shift the previous day and wanted to know how she was doing & hoped everything had turned out okay. She was genuinely concerned and treated us as family. That's not something that can be faked or replicated, even by "the best". Her gift of compassion and humanity truly made such a difference during one of the scariest times of our lives and was much appreciated.

Nice property with thoughtful touches. Left my backpack in room. Backpack was returned to front desk. I was able to claim it. Big thank you and appreciation to staff for this. At other properties, backpack would likely have been gone. Breakfast was very good. Everything you need. Like the walking path by property too.

Was assigned a room and AC was not cool. However, was quickly switched to another nearby room with cold AC. Problem solved with only minor inconvenience.

Quiet,easy to access. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean- attention to detail was a bit off and towels and linens could be better. I would stay here again!

Linens. Also could not locate an ice machine on the floor. There is a full size refrigerator/ freezer in room however, the freezer needed to be defrosted- badly. Wouldn’t have wanted the ice from it even it the ice maker worked. It was very neglected.

Conveniently located near medical facility for planned medical procedure. Clean, great breakfast, super staff.

The handicap rooms are soooo far from front entrance. It was challenge to push my elderly mothers wheelchair and for my elderly father to walk with us the distance to room, which was significant. Also, handicap rails were misplaced in handicap accessible room. Obvious that a non-handicap person designed hotel and handicap rooms.
