Clean, efficient, great facilities, had everything we needed, extremely comfortable, perfectly sized and well designed room, fantastic bed, better than expected breakfasts, nice gym & pool, good location, mostly friendly staff. Overall one of the best hotel stays we have had.

Some small inconsistencies with cleaning / resupplying room. Some non-responsive staff (most were fantastic though!) . Our stay was spoiled by the hotel forgetting to clean our room on our last day - otherwise would have given them a perfect score .

I was in the hotel business for 29 yrs. Started in sales moved to operations and my last job was a regional over several brands until they did a corp reorg. I sure miss it, but in a new field now. This hotel exceeded my expectations from the staff to the cleanliness and decor. Kudos to this General Manager I know what goes into running a branded hotel. You all were great! Thank you for a great stay!

Nice space for the breakfast. Glad it was real utensils, not plastic. Cut up fruit would be nice. Be sure a staff member checks more often during peak time to ensure utensils are there and that milk, drinking water, other items have not run out. The fitness room was sparse but gave me what I needed. The room itself was comfortable, spacious, clean and quiet. It's always nice at a Hyatt Place to have a hangout area separate from the sleep zone.

Better stocked wipes or sprays/paper towel to sanitize exercise equipment.

The bed was pure heaven! The mattress and pillows and linens were wonderful. Everything was very clean (except under the couch). My only negatives were the loudness of the air conditioner and the so-so water pressure in the shower. Otherwise, loved the hotel. Didn't have a chance to do the breakfast. I left too early.

Cleanliness stood out. This was probably the cleanest place I have stayed at in the past three years. The room size was great too. We were traveling with two young ones and we did not feel cramped at all. The WiFi was also very good (albeit insecure like all other hotels).

There were a couple of minor inconveniences. First, there was no microwave in the room. We worked around it by eating out most of the time. The 2nd was lack of kid friendly TV channels. The TV only had about 20 channels and wasn't smart enough for you to connect your tablet/phone to it either.

Not only was the room clean, but the receptionists were kind and had a good sense of humor. Also, when I lost my room card from another hotel, they were considerate and helped me. Kristen,Arthur...I appreciated it! (BTW,I extended my stay until 1/20.)See you again to April.

Felt Wifi was a little a bit weak. (3rd floor)

The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space in our room. Also very clean! We arrived in the evening, so we also appreciated the bright lights outside the lobby and in the parking lot.

The bathroom door was hard to open and close and the breakfast wasn’t restocked. There was no milk for cereal.

The room was very spacious and clean. The person at check-in was very helpful. FYI, if you are staying due to someone in the family having a procedure next door at IU North Carmel, before booking, check for discount through the hospital. I didn't, the clerk said we could have saved at least 10%.

It would have been nice to have a hot tub, instead of just the indoor pool. Not a deal breaker, though.

Great staff and lication. Bathroom small and rather awkward layout . Lighting in bathroom dim and no lighting at all by the full length mirror which was tucked between the outer wall and to the wall and closet making the are dark.

thought it may have had a safe and possibly more on offer to eat , breakfast was a little boring scrambled eggs daily poached would have been nice or fried , a daily banana or a apple every day water melon or other fruit would be nice granola bar on display every day !! I don’t like them there could be maybe cheese and crackers ! no hot water but a lot of t bags , lovely staff , but boring breakfast I did expect better the yogurt same same every day ! every day same breakfast ! wasn’t impressed cookie s would be nice even .
