We were in the city for a funeral and needed an easy way to move around. The location was perfect. Close to the outer loop, but also had easy access to the main streets. The room itself was far more than I expected! It was truly like a small apartment. Everything was spotless, the bed and pillows very comfy! The kitchen, sitting area, and shower were such a bonus! Don't know that we will be back in Indianapolis, but I will definitely be on the hunt for this chain again!

We were a bit disappointed there was no fresh brewed coffee in the evening. The room did have a Kureg with pods.

This is a newly built property. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was pretty good and the staff was really friendly as well. We came for my daughter's game at Grand Park and it was only 15 minutes away ( I mention this just in case someone else is looking for the same reason). It was a little pricey but definitely worth the price. I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing.... everything was really nice!

Everything was new, which made the experience extra comfortable. Our suite was very large, beds were comfortable, and we did not hear hallway or exterior noise. Kitchen was big with seating for four, equipped with minimal, but useful kitchen items for two guests. The breakfast was almost like a full buffet, well stocked with many hot or cold options. Front desk staff was friendly.

Overpriced for the area. Co-joined with another hotel (very odd), Despite my telling the front desk when we were leaving they got it wrong!

Breakfast was good and easy to access.

Quiet area with lots of dining and shopping options near by. Easy drive to downtown if you need to go that way. Nice area to walk or run around the water right out side.

The room was not properly prepared, open bags and boxes of food were left in upper cabinets, no extra trash can liners, or extra bedding for pull out sofa in room.

To be earnest with you, Breakfast is always not better than even Holiday inn. We need bench marking. I am scheduled to stay there many times a year. Thank you.

Very friendly toward pets.

It appeared road salt was used on sidewalks for de-icing. This is very hard on pets feet. If possible, it would be better to use pet friendly de-icers on main entrances.

Great stay at this location. The room was fantasic. Clean, quiet and really nice. The staff was super nice and very helpful. We got the wrong room to start with and they made everything right as soon as we called the front desk. Would definitely stay here again when we are in town.

Breakfast was good. The property was clean.

The shower is slippery and I had to lay a towel down to keep from falling. Also the pullout couch was unusable. The springs were popping out.
