Excellent location for us. We were traveling and needed to find a Subaru dealer for service. The hotel was within walking distance. Accepted us and our dog. Pleasant, clean, perfectly fine for us.

Room was a bit small

I was only there for 10 hours so I couldn’t tell you. Seemed clean. I had a late check in and it was an easy process. The lady came down and checked me in.

It was fine

I like that it was clean with no frills. The price was excellent. I do wish that I knew there were no dishes or utensils in the kitchen. I would have come more prepared.

The bed and wooded peaceful setting gave me the best rest. Love it

Food from prior persons stay was in fridge and wash cloth still in shower. But was still decent to stay.

The cleaning is the friendliness of the staff, the spacious rooms, the timeline of the rooms being available.

The staff was our favorite part! So friendly and sweet the whole time! They made us feel so welcome and chatted and joked with us, made us feel very at home and helped us get whatever we needed! We unfortunately had to leave early and got reimbursed for the night we couldn’t stay which was unexpected and so amazing!!!

The breakfast left a bit to be desired. The flavored creamer was empty. So fresh fruits would have been nice, maybe a few options for coffee. A kuerig is an easy way to offer multiple options. Maybe muffins (the muffins we a little less than)or bagels.

I t was in a nice environment and very clean.

Only stayed for one night so there was nothing I didn’t like.

Have stayed here quite a few times before and always love coming back. It’s consistent, clean and easy to get to - quiet and not too far from Downtown Indianapolis. It’s tucked inside, so no worries about traffic and parking. Lobby’s small - there’s not too much room on the ground floor, but a few steps up, and there’s a lounge/sofa area, in the basement, there are a few vending machines and a laundry room too. Room was great! Beds were comfy, soft pillows, kitchen was fully equipped and there were lots of room for luggage, etc. TV had a few good channels, plug sockets everywhere and nice to have a proper big fridge. Bathroom was stocked with towels and water pressure was great! Henry, at the front desk, was sweet! Professional, friendly and did a great job! Thanks for remembering me 😁👍🏼

The heater was a tad noisy, but that was about it.

I liked the room set up and the kitchen. Also, our room was very clean!

Check in on Friday took an hour and a half, then we were put in a room that was already occupied and had to wait another 20 minutes to get another room.
