We got in late so we didn’t get to enjoy a lot of the amenities. The pool looked really nice and there was a really nice outdoor area with a fire pit. Breakfast was great. There was a mix of hot and cold options. I usually really dislike the juices served at hotels, but the juice here was surprisingly good. Loved the location! There was a Wawa just a short walk from the hotel. There was also a really nice trail for a morning run about 10 minutes from the hotel. It seemed like the hotel was in a good area. I honestly don’t think we’ll ever be in the area again, but if we were, we’d definitely stay again!

The bathroom could’ve used a better cleaning. The shower curtain seemed like it definitely needed to be replaced and shower looked like it maybe had a quick rinse and not an actual cleaning.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great mattress, quality bathroom, and space to relax on a sofa. It was located walking distance to a couple of expensive dining options, or short drive to more dining options at the Fashion Mall.

Significant noise between rooms (people talking, toilets flushing - really loud!); also the air conditioner was a huge noisy thing installed inside the room, right next to the bed. It was too loud to run overnight, instead I opened the window and put up with traffic noise.

Breakfast was great on day of solar eclipse. Fajitas! Food was great and staff kept up with demand. Assistant property manager made sure supply of food/drink kept up with demand. We received goody bags with moon pies and sun chips when we checked in, a nice touch. Also, the office “park” where the hotel is located had beautiful grounds including a walking path around a lake, and a party area with a band, food trucks, games etc for those on the grounds. Glad we picked Springhill Suites for our eclipse event! Great seating areas to hang out/play games with extended family.

Everything was great! Kudos to the staff for making it extra fun/special.

I am boojie about the cleanliness of a hotel and it's rooms. This hotel looks brand new and it is currently five years old. We were very pleased! When we arrived the staff was super friendly.

If I had to "complain," the morning breakfast was great, but those scrambled eggs weren't good. It was those bla standard powdered eggs served at most hotels. I get it, gotta meet the demand of egg traffic. Lol!

Property and location was great! Room was very huge, different layout than usual but loved it, room had a refrigerator, microwave, mini bar, and a desk. Continental breakfast had plenty of options and food was good. Quiet stay.

I didn’t know the Residence Inn wasn’t attached and couldn’t get a room facing the pond view. Elevators were a little slow and made weird sounds here and there.

The hotel is lovely and the room really comfortable. The beds are like sleeping on clouds. This was perhaps the best room we had while being in the States. Shame the weather was not good as I really wanted to take a walk about the lake.

I would have given a 10 if it were not for the rude receptionist who was busy taking a private call and could not be bothered to answer me about an umbrella which they did not have. Plus, while the breakfast was nice as well as staff, I can't believe in a Marriot you get paper plates and even worse PLASTIC cutlery for cutlery.

This location is in what seemed to be something of an office park area, but was actually also near green space with a pond, and this location accepts pets. It would be a good choice for pet parents. It is also located close to a large upscale mall for shopping, Starbucks, Sweetgreen, etc. Staff was friendly and attentive. Ample lobby seating and outdoor seating as well.

We had to go down to the front desk to pick up linens for the sofa bed because they were understaffed and overwhelmed by a teen soccer tournament contingent checking in. Breakfast selection was pretty basic.

I enjoy the whole atmosphere of t the money as soon as the hotel and the people all laugh talk happy stuff kids were there on sports it's always good to see happy kids and doing things to boost their future... All the front desk worker greeted you with a smile the the engineer guy simios nice guy and took care of him business and smiling every time I seen him overall I had a very relaxing content stay

I hate it. The location too many roundabouts where I come from. They don't have them and I kept getting lost at the lost after loss

It was very clean and the location was great close to every major highway and restaurants. Andrea was an amazing person she helped us from the beginning to the end. She was very personable. 😊

The hot water could have been hotter but was hot enough. The refrigerator may not have been working.

The breakfast every morning was incredible! They have Several options toppings for the waffles fresh fruit, etc! Plus the hotel itself was very clean and hosted some kind of reception at their bar in the evening great atmosphere to socialize and just relax! Room was clean and very comfortable bed spacious loved the trundle beds.

I had no dislikes about the stay!
