My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. We were not there for very long, so we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the property to the fullest. I would book again.

I only have one “complaint” about our stay. I booked us a room with two queen sized beds. Not sure if I did that because there was a deal at the time of booking, because I would normally get us a room with one king size bed. I’m not really convinced that was a queen size bed. It definitely felt smaller than what we are used to at home (which is a queen). So, if I HAD to say something I didn’t like about our stay, that would be it.

We purchased breakfast on the 2nd morning of our stay, really good selection, staff very helpful with the specials, and meals came out promptly. We loved the styling in the rooms. The attention to detail. Amazing big window. Chesterfield couch so comfy. The foyer and guest areas were spotless and had a lovely aroma. The cocktails on the rooftop bar were the highlight! Even the chocolate dessert brought to us was to die for! Excellent service!

Would love this accommodation to be a little cheaper so we can return more often to stay!

The hotel was amazing! The facilities and room were very modern. The shower is part of the living space, but frosted. So this would really only be good for single travelers or couples. Also, Provisions is a nice place to grab a drink at the bar and is part of the hotel. They do not open until 4 pm.

I thought I was booking another hotel that was closer to downtown Indianapolis. This is closer to Carmel. There are a lot of restaurants and a great mall that is close. However, if you are looking to be closer to action, this might not work for you.

Check-in was easy, and the room was beautiful. We liked having several restaurants in walking distance because it was snowing. We had breakfast in RIZE, and it was delicious. Looking out at the snow from our huge window was really special.

We could hear a lot of noise in the hall and from the room next door, so I think soundproofing could be better! I hope they didn't hear us. We love Ironworks but it's definitely very pricey so it won't be too regular of a visit.

This is a Hotel the just works for a man and my wife loved it too. She kept commenting on the smell of the hotel - they pump some fragrance in the lobby and halls. The decor, soaps, style just make a man feel comfortable. Love the fog glass window between the shower and bedroom - just can't share this room with your kids. Great staff, everything was immaculate. Definitely a unique experience.

The hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. We have been there before, so we knew it is great. This time we arrived towards the end of our vacation and a few hours after a war began in our country. We were in deep distress. The staff talked about it with us, was very sympathetic and decided to give us the night stay on the house. We were deeply touched by the gesture and we cannot find words to thank them enough. We certainly did not expect such a kind gesture. We will add this sum to our donation to the people who lost their house in this horrible war. This hotel, besides being beautiful and highly maintained, has a unique way of treating their clients, answering their needs with great sensitivity. First time at a boutique hotel. Everything is steps away from you. We only spent one night, but now I can't wait to bring my husband back. When you walk into the hotel, the smell is amazing. They have amazing cocktails in the hotel restaurant. Everyone is so helpful and professional. The raindrop shower is EVERYTHING!!!

The mini fridge is only for liquor so nowhere to put leftovers. You have to request ice instead of getting it yourself. I don't think there is an outside pool.

The room was great, but the shower was AMAZING. The frosted glass was nice touch, but the rain-down shower head was extraordinary. We also really enjoyed the RIZE breakfast spot on the ground level. The food was exceptional!

It was a little pricier than I would have liked to spend, but that comes with the territory of a boutique hotel on Taylor Swift weekend.

Food was great at Rize and pretty great at Provision, rooms were clean and contemporary, staff was accommodating and helpful. There were a ton of people there for the eclipse and they managed it well (from what we could see). Not too many long waits for anything and good attitudes from staff.

It's a little far from downtown but that's not the hotel's issue, it's easy enough to drive to and fro in the morning.

The location was great and the hotel was very nice! There we plenty of options for dinner and we were just a minute away from the Fashion Mall. Our room was fantastic and everything was as I expected. We only stayed one night, so didn't exactly have a ton of time there, but wished we could have stayed longer.

I don't really have anything negative to say at all.
