Breakfast was good, had a variety of foods each day. Including a different meat & egg each day. Better than fast food & gas station food. Worse than a breakfast or brunch place. Included and convenience big factors in the breakfast.

Housekeeping either missed us a day or is every other day. They're light on towels if you have two or more people you may need to ask for additional towels. LARGE hotel tax added about $150 for 3 nights.

We came in town for the Taylor Swift concert and loved the decorations at the entrance of hotel as well as the complimentary bags! Such a fun idea and my 15yr old loved it! Staff was extremely professional and very friendly which was huge to me. We travel a lot with my child’s sports team and I have to say this was one of the best hotels I’ve been to in years. Rooms were nice, up to date and clean. Keep up the amazing work!

Location , room looks clean, convenient, free parking and breakfast

Twin size bed is small for me and my son. The room is a little small. The design of the bathroom sliding door to cover the closet and bathroom is not a good idea. The person near the closet can get hurt if another person just walk out of the bathroom.

Facility was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. I left items in the room when we checked out and they were very helpful in locating them so I could get them picked up.

Don't know. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast and weren't in the hotel for a great length of time during our stay.

hot breakfast choices were good, but orange juice was watery. Yoplait is terrible yogurt. The pastries were way too sweet. seating was really bad, especially on Saturday and Sunday when children and parents were there for sporting events. need more practical tables.

Overall the facility and room were clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a great variety and was good, staff was friendly and helpful! The room was spacious and provided a mini fridge. Parking was close and convenient.

Wasn't always quiet, could hear other guests coming and going as well as near us for short periods of time. Bathroom floor wasn't the cleanest, could see hair from the person before us.

2 things - the showerhead was meh. The water pressure wasn’t that great. I’m short so it was hard to adjust. Another was the pillows. The bed was ok, but the pillows weren’t very good

The Hotel is by far one of the cleanest places you can stay in. Rooms were so spacious. Staff was great. Bed was excellent. Breakfast was good. Around a lot of great restaurants. Take your pick.

I guess some of the lights run on ECO so if you leave your light on like in a restroom it tends to shut off and on which can be disturbing. It's around tons of shopping centers/Mall so on a busy day or weekend it can cause a lot of clutter and hassle just to get to the hotel.

Nice and clean updated rooms! Clean hotel. Great location with shopping and restaurants nearby. Friendly and helpful front desk. Breakfast buffet was good (would like a turkey option for meats though).

It was conveniently located in a nice safe area with nearby shopping and food options and a great sized parking lot with plenty of space.
