The staff was super nice. 1 lady in particular ( the gal who checked me in) was very kind and very helpful. With baseball families in town, it was a bit crazy loud and messy in the pool. But we managed. The room was clean, bed were comfortable and clean. The guy who worked when I packed late at night so we could leave first thing in the morning, was also helpful and accommodating. I'm sorry I didn't pay attention to names. I was all about getting grandkids in and out.

Eh, just a bit of an older hotel. Things were paining over when clearly it wasn't like a crisp job. But it didn't interfere with cleanliness or anything. The pool was weirdly small.

The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. Very friendly and helpful.

The bill was different than Bookings had promised. I do plan to call the property and get in touch with Bookings about refund to some extra charges. Bookings sent me the invoice for $404. But at check out, had a daily tax charge of $12.96 and a daily fee for innkeepers service which was not stated on my invoice from Bookings. So It was $40.68 more than we had budgeted and agreed to.

Very well maintained. Clean My grand daughter was very sick and my daughter in law was staying alone with her 5 yrs old and my infant grandson. They had no transportation. The evening front Desk person Sunday May 7th. (I didn’t get her name) was the SWEETEST!! She got them some hot tea, brought it up then as she got off work went and got some cough syrup and Gatorade for my grand daughter!! She is the Example of being a compassionate person!! We will stay here over and over because of her! I am calling the Hotel to make sure they know what kind of Woman they have there. Going above and beyond is just something that is not “the norm” at this time in the world. GOD BLESS her !

Some Fd staff need to be in a Uniform and not with a Sweatshirt on to welcome guests.

It was a very neat hotel with all the amenities. Front Desk employees were very friendly. Used the nice indoor pool area and the bar food was really good. Nice comfortable rooms. Perfect location close to lots of things in Carmel.

Only problem was the Coke machine right near our room was inoperable. Told them on Sunday when we checked in and was still not usable on Friday when we left. Would have been nice to be able to get 1 there and not have to go to front desk to get 1.

I loved our room. Clean, comfortable. I didn't want to leave lol. I was only able to stay one-night but will definitely be back if Paparazzi Emp comes back to the area. I didn't get to use the pool or restaurant but it's okay, the hotel was clean. Door slammed n I do apologize if I woke anyone up. Pressure of the shower was amazing compared to mine at home lol. The shampoo bottles on the shower was the best idea ever ❤️😍

Location was excellent! Lots of restaurants and stores near.

Breakfast was just OK. Nothing too special. I'm glad mine was included with the stay because it was definitely not worth $14.95 as they were charging people at the time.

Super nice staff who were super accommodating, all you had to do was text and they would help you with whatever you needed.

There must be a fire station nearby because there were sirens all through the night.

Easy to find. Wonderful restaurants and sights close-by. And beautiful up-to-date hotel.

Breakfast was additional and expensive. So we chose to shop for breakfast before-hand and purchase coffee only as we were attending a birthday bash and didn't want to overeat for the price. Also, know this is difficult for the hotel to change, but the traffic noise kept us awake all night. After the birthday party, we had to drive home to Michigan on very little sleep. Like we said, not the hotel management's fault. We didn't want to change rooms as we were already settled in when we realized it.

Furnishings are old and outdated Mattress needs to be turned or replaced Should have USB connectors at desk and night stand.

Since Covid, our last three hotel stays have been a disaster of no staff to maintain, clean, launder, check in... and we're talking nice hotels. The Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis/Carmel was so clean and well-maintained and comfortable. The staff from registration to cleaning staff were sincerely friendly. Everyone smiled. We highly recommend this property!

There was nothing we did not like.
