Beautiful and clean property.

Not enough waitstaff at the restraunt. At dinner we had to go find our server and ask for our check after sitting there for an exceptionally long time without being checked on. At breakfast they asked us for drinks orders never brought the drinks then brought us our bill and asked if there was anything else they could get us. I then asked for the drinks. They did apologize.

Staff was very courteous and efficient. The hotel was very clean and within walking distance of restaurants. Nice work-out facility. The hotel had a coffee bar, which was great, and it was quiet overnight.

Unfortunately, a youth baseball tournament was being held nearby, and the hotel housed many tourney guests. The pool area was great, but it was overrun with tourney guests.

I thought the breakfast was very good. Nice selection of breakfast foods. I really enjoyed the area that breakfast was served. It wasn't out of the way but it had a private atmosphere that was nice to visit with family and friends over breakfast. The service was very accommodating .

I think kids 12 and under should eat for free. My grandkids are 7 and 12 and they barely ate the amount of one adult. With the prices of rooms being as high as they are (everywhere) kids under 12 should eat free.

The facility was super clean....amenities that included lots of meeting rooms, a starbucks/lounge, amazing breakfast buffet, nice pool/gym area. The overall vibe is a clean,modern, open space feel with lots of areas to just sit and talk/relax. Staff were very helpful, polite, welcoming. Layout and location is very convenient. Room was very clean, modern, quiet, and the bed was more comfortable than a hilton brand.

Tried to book an additional day since our baseball tournament was extended and the front desk was not able to help (evening staff) and told me to book it online.

We did not eat breakfast here.

The shower needed a bit of attention - it was clean but the shower heads did not fully work correctly. Not a huge deal.

-Room a little outdated -Starbucks coffee (latte) was terrible -Would have been nice to have the fireplace working in the lounge area (it was a very cold day)

We did not eat at the hotel, we were visiting relatives and could not justify paying $40 for a breakfast with the price we were paying for the room,

EVERYTHING!! The staff were all very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The facility and room was exceptionally clean. The food & drinks were pricey, but worth the money spent.

Everything was excellent.

The restaurant. The bartender was horrible. Our food was cold for the second time around. The restaurant experience was the worst I have ever had an experience in a restaurant. When there is two people standing in front of the bartender it would be nice if the woman would acknowledge the woman and not just a man. I felt like I wasn't even there.
