Breakfast was the best I saw on my week long travel. A variety of options was offered including Scrambled eggs, sausage links, biscuits, delicious sausage gravy, cereal in an individual sized container not dispensed, fruit, pop tarts, various flavors of yogurt, juice, and milk in individual cartons instead of a pitcher. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable out of 4 hotel brands that I stayed at on this trip. I stayed here the first night of travel and again on the last night of a week of travel.The hotel was clean and comfy.

An upgrade to blackout shades in the rooms is needed. 2 of the other hotel brands in the same category had this very welcomed feature. The sunlight came through pin holes and edges in the curtains each morning and closing the curtain so that there was not a gap with overlap was inconvenient.The price was $100 more per night (ouch!) than any of the other hotel brands. It was not worth that much more in price!

It was clean, comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was super! We had inadvertently booked two reservations for the same night (not our fault—booking.com told us the reservation had not gone through, and to retry. So we booked through the hotel directly. Then, lo and behold, the booking.com reservation that you told us did NOT go through, apparently DID go through!). Fortunately for us, the very, very nice desk clerk at the hotel was kind enough to cancel their reservation, since it was impossible to cancel the booking.com reservation. Breakfast was excellent!

What I didn’t like, had nothing to do with the property. What I didn’t like was that because of booking.com, I ended up with 2 reservations at the same hotel for the same night! I will not do that again!!

Everything was excellent! Loved the room had two queen beds and a sectional sofa sleeper. My kids are at the age they don’t like sleeping in the same bed so it was perfect for our family. The pool and hot tube were so nice after a day of traveling. And the breakfast was very good. It’s hard to find a hotel these days with great breakfast options. If I’m ever in the area again, I will be booking another room here.

The breakfast was good. The hot tub and indoor pool combo is great. The beds are comfortable and you don’t leave itchy like a lot of hotels. I do like the location though. It is right beside Casey Jones Village. They have a museum, gift shop, ice cream shop, candy shop, and buffet.

The parking lot was small, especially on the sides. It is an accident waiting to happen. The staff weren’t rude, but they weren’t real friendly or helpful either. They were just kind of there.

Quiet, spacious room, comfy bed, quality linens, great shower. Able to watch NCAA basketball on TV in our room. Nice pool. Very good breakfast wth fresh fruit, juice, yogurt and the usual. Room safe, ironing board & iron, mini fridge, ice machine down the hall. Good staff and welcome cookie. Nothing lacking.

Had to turn on all lamps to get enough light in the room.

The hotel exceeded my expectations, it was spotless, had no funny moldy smell, staff was excellent and beds were heavenly. We were not able to get breakfast though because we spent the entire time just resting and sleeping because we were going to drive the next day.

The hotel had guest laundry services, unfortunately they didnt have detergent. Other than that, we would definitely come back here again.

Wow!! From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with a smile! The staff (every person we encountered) were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. Fresh-baked cookies were on the counter in the lobby, and water, and water with lemon were offered. The room was wonderful, large enough for our whole family with two queen beds and a sleeper sofa. Room for teenagers for sure! It was clean and felt safe and cozy! Breakfast was your typical hot and cold (make your own waffles, there was sausage, eggs, potatoes, plus cereal, pastries, etc). It was quick access to I40. Definitely a place we will stay again!

We didn't have time to check out the pool :( Some road noise from the interstate but not as much as I feared with being so close. Not enough to keep us from sleeping soundly.

Rooms were very nice, and the location was right where we needed to be. We were on a trip to watch the total solar eclipse, and this room was in the middle of our travel route. They had great breakfast and we slept like a baby.

The staff wasn't very welcoming. The only person who had great customer service skills was the manager. I really enjoyed talking with her.

Breakfast gave us lots of options especially protein since we needed that besides all carbs Room was delightful and well maintained.. we would love to stay here again but do not travel thru this area much

Probably stocking the breakfast area before or after meal hours.. having cardboard boxes in the middle of the floor a lil hard to maneuver around with lot of people

We LOVED the night shift receptionist ♡ She was so very kind.. if she is not a manager she should be ! Never had someone be so sweet an actually talk to us, inform us an just be vocal to the point she would someone we would look forward to seeing on our stay ♡ precious lady for sure ! An we never fill out these surveys i only did this because she needs someone to tell her she is a huge impact on us coming back soon to that hotel ! We hope to see her again for sure !!

The pressure in the shower was very low... other than that we loved our stay. The bed an pillows were top notch also !
