The hotel was spotless and beautifully maintained, with our room cleaned daily. We just needed to inform the maid of our requirements, and she took care of everything. There were few dining options available as well. Main dining area where breakfast, lunch, dinner was served. Snack bar and 2 other restaurants we were told about but not able try out. The reception staff were exceptional, particularly Hédi, who went above and beyond by arranging an early check-in and a late checkout at no additional cost, thanks to availability. He was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The restaurant staff were also very courteous, with Jalil attending to our table and going the extra mile for both me and my friend, as well as for other guests. The animation team was fantastic, especially Speedy, who truly enhanced our experience and made our visit unforgettable.

Since it was an all-inclusive setup, there were no snacks offered after dinner, only drinks. If you happened to be out late and missed dinner, there was nothing to eat available.

Some of the buffet and snack staff were rude and agressif...in the lunch buffet a bold staff serving us was very rude and agressif...while cleaning the tables next to us he was throwing dirty stuff towards us ...very unprofessional...he was taking care of the first section of the buffet area when coming from the lobby ! During our recent stay at Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay, we were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the entire staff, particularly Makram, Souhail, Rahma, Chef Ahmad, Najeeb, Oussama, and their extensive team. Makram, the Assistant Manager, demonstrated outstanding dedication and professionalism. His efforts in helping us navigate logistical challenges were delivered with a reassuring smile and a solution-oriented mindset, ensuring every aspect of our stay was seamless. Souhail, the Head of Reception, stood out for his meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach. His commitment to meeting all guest needs significantly elevated our overall experience, making us feel both valued and cared for. Rahma, the Public Relations representative, showed extraordinary support and kindness. Her prompt and efficient follow-ups on our requests further enhanced our satisfaction and contributed to a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Chef Ahmad, Najeeb, Oussama, and their team, including Bilal, Wafa, Eman, Donia, Hakim, Motasim, Qousai, Jalal, Chadi, and Ibrahim, delivered an extraordinary dining experience. The quality and quantity of the food served at breakfast, lunch, and dinner were exceptional, on par with a 7-star hotel standard. Their attentiveness and commitment to excellence made each meal a delightful highlight of our day. Special thanks to Chef Najeeb, who treated us like family and ensured all our dining requests were met with the utmost care. His personal attention and dedication made our meals not just delicious but also heartwarming. Additionally, the waiter Jalal deserves specific recognition for his friendly demeanor and sense of humor. His professionalism and efficient way of ensuring our table was always available made our dining experiences feel personal and very homely. The front office reception staff, Hadi and Hadeel, were exceptionally supportive, providing all necessary paperwork and assistance with meticulous follow-up.

Amazing location, we had a superior suite with a sea view and 2 balconies. Absolutely recommend if your travelling with little ones (we were travelling with our 2 kids both of which are under 4), plenty to do including entertainment for both adults and kids, food is good and being All inclusive meant the kids had ice cream for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Staff were mostly helpful. Don’t expect any room service whether that’s asking for extra water or anything for that matter; they’re more used to you just ‘grabbing it from the bar yourself’.

Where to start!! The hotel is in a great location and impressive in its appearance! It is immaculately clean and the staff really make the holiday. Nothing is too much trouble. They always have a smile and are so attentive, engaging in conversation without being overbearing. The food is of exceptional quality and so much selection. There is never a problem finding a table and the food never runs out. Both the outdoor pools are cool which is a welcome relief from the heat - with the infinity sea pool being quieter. Special shout out to the waiters and cleaning staff who's level of service is amazing as they go above and beyond all the time. Its all the little touches - bringing a drink without you having to ask, fresh petals on your table and leaving a surprise each day in your room - that really make it a treat to stay here. I cant recommend a stay here enough - it is so relaxing and everything you expect from a 5 star hotel - we will be back for sure!!

Nothing not to like

We loved our stay here! The dining hall has endless options that were mostly all good. The dining staff was attentive and friendly. The check-in was smooth and we got upgraded to a suite and all-inclusive wristbands - amazing! The pool staff was also attentive, kind, and funny. We enjoyed all of the different lounge areas at the resort and truly got the chance to unwind. We also got massages and a pedicure which were both excellent. The resort is under construction so you can expect some areas are blocked off.

The pool area was very busy and somewhat unclean so we didn't get a chance to swim. The spa area would be a better choice but we didn't want to pay. The cleaning staff only serviced our room one day out of the three nights. This was somewhat disappointing but when we called for more water or towels they brought them promptly. We wish the beach area had been cleaned more because there was a lot of debris and dried up seaweed that didn't make it nice for walking.

It was excellent from the moment we arrived to when we left. We had arranged airport to hotel transfer with the resort, which was good as our flight landed late at night. When we arrived at the hotel, check in was super smooth. Sadem at the reception handled our check-in while kindly directing us to have a late-night dinner. And our room was upgraded from garden view to sea view. Staff are very nice and accommodating. Special mention to Sadem and Mukkaram in reception, and fourth floor room service staff: Marwa and Radhia. Amazing staff. Cleanliness of the room and common areas of hotel both indoor and outdoor was brilliant. Food was varied and delicious. One night we had the Tunisian dinner a la carte which was lovely. Hotel location is also very convenient near port 5 minutes drive and Sousse Medina 20 minutes by taxi. Taxis are waiting outside of the hotel gate which is convenient if you like to go out. Hotel facilities are very nice and lobby is inviting and very good. Had a facial at the spa which was also good. All in all we really enjoyed our stay at the resort and will be definitely back there.

Hotel Kantaoui Bay offers a comfortable stay with excellent amenities, including a complimentary 20-minute spa and massage offer, which was a delightful bonus. The African-themed animation was absolutely stunning and added a unique touch to the experience.

There was a disappointing issue with the spa service. I paid an additional 120 dinars for 40 extra minutes to extend the massage to 60 minutes (including the free 20 minutes), but the masseur only provided 45 minutes instead of the promised 60. This lack of professionalism was frustrating and detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

I have always had an amazing experience at Iberostar hotels, and Kantaoui Bay is no exception ! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. The food was outstanding – so many delicious options to choose from and great variety every day. Whether you’re into local dishes or international cuisine, there’s something for everyone. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. And I have to give a huge shoutout to the animation team – they were on fire! Energetic, fun, and always keeping the vibe alive with great shows and activities. This hotel exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and enjoyable holiday!

The hotel is a Paradise in the Tunis chaos I have never had as many nice food in my life The sweets are perfect, bars are giving to you coctails all day, night entertainments are so fun All inclusive is perfect in this Hotel We got upgrade, so we had huge room with see view The lady (cant memorized her name) who cleaned on 3 floor Room 329 was so nice and our room was cleaned nicely We go fresh flowers also into our room Really recommending this hotel

We got complimentary acces to the spa ( i think spa operation is separate from hotel but not sure) We got complimentary massage and pool access from Iberostar so kind gesture We didnt feel the spa receptionists are too friendly, so We used only the pool (salty water), jacuzzi ( was so cold) By mistake we used the sauna to try, but good we didnt pay for it as the Sauna is horrible old, not even 50 celsius inside...not recommending to spend any money for this spa...better to go to the sea instead... Hotel pool nice size but closing 5:30pm Gym is ok, better than i expected but dated and old equipments.
