Close to the beaches and the village, only 5 min walk to both. The people are exceptionally nice, nothing was too much trouble. Really generous cooked breakfast as well as cereals and fruit. The pool was lovely and the beds are comfy. It's brand new so everything was pristine. Really enjoyed our stay.

Nothing really, it was great. What would make it even better would be if it was possible to grab a bite to eat and a drink on the rooftop, maybe in time!

We stayed for 10 days at Monel Hotel in Ksamil and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were sparkling clean every single day – the housekeeping is truly outstanding. The staff were always kind, professional, and ready to help with anything we needed. They went above and beyond, recommending great restaurants, arranging a taxi for us at 5 AM, and making sure everything was smooth throughout our stay. Their friendliness and constant availability made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was fresh and enjoyable each morning, and the hotel’s location is perfect – everything in Ksamil is within walking distance, including the beaches and restaurants. Overall, Monel Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way: cleanliness, service, location, and hospitality. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ksamil!

Overall, our stay was excellent, but a couple of details fell short of expectations. The Deluxe King Room we booked was comfortable, yet felt smaller than we had anticipated for this category. In addition, the automatic door system for “Do Not Disturb” and “Clean the Room” was installed but unfortunately not working, which was a minor inconvenience.

This is a beautiful family run hotel (they take great pride in the place and ensuring guests are happy) Good sized rooms and lovely COMFY bed, we slept really well. We loved the location just 5 to 10 min walk to bars beach, slightly off the main drag. (As with all main drags it can be noisy with motorbikes/scooters up n down- but this hotel is just far enough away) Delicious breakfast freshly cooked (and varied) every morning, the scrambled eggs are divine (perfect every time) sets you up for the day. The nearest restaurant is pizza, very good. And next one down (less than 5 mins walk from hotel is Fishermans Grill/restaurant. Run by a fisherman and family.... Not as fancy as the restaurants on the main drag/near beach BUT the food here is divine. The crab/mussels/prawns/squid/cod (and we still have more things to try!) very reasonable price and beautifully fresh fish. Beach wise... Recommend you head to Horizont beach/bar/restaurant. Family run, food is very good/drinks reasonable/decent WC facilities and great service. The sunbeds are half the price of most of the others. About a 15 min walk, its at far end of the beach (ask Mr Google for directions!) Hotel has lovely pool with comfy chairs and hotel rooms have furnished balconies to enjoy the sun. Our first time in Albania and we loved it, and we certainly dropped lucky with this hotel , its a hidden gem - highly recommend it! Many thanks to siblings Dilka, front of house and Redi on the breakfasts along with their parents who you could see genuinely loved there work and looked after us so well On a minor note, on arrival a couple of bottles of water in the room would have been welcome while finding our feet.

The hotel is located near the sea at a quiet place. The rooms are very modern and clean and the staff is super friendly and always there to help. The pool filtration stays always on so the water stays clean. Definitely recommend !

This quiet family run hotel has 17 rooms and a high standard of customer care with friendly service. Breakfast is plated freshly each morning and superb. Comfy loungers by the pool but most important in a busy resort, it is slightly off the main beat of things, so quiet whilst the town and beaches are easily reached in a short walk. The hotel is very clean and each room has a good balcony. I would not hesitate to recommend and would gladly stay again if I was in the area. For the price this is a real find.

care needs to be taken with the shower cubicle which would benefit from a larger screen or curtain - a minor point

Property is family owned and it works seamlessly. Great value for money, especially taking in account the location and their pool. We lived staying here for 5 nights, as it gave us the possibility to discover all spots in Ksamil, the beaches, restaurants and cafes, as well as when it was too hot for the beach, or wanted to have a more chill moment, we used the pool as almost the only guests. Breakfast was very good, done on the spot, and it worked really well. Parking right in front of the property, and in general, great service and polite folk. Would definitively come back.
