Maria is a great host, was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Make sure you keep it touch with her over whatsapp to make sure she is available at reception. I appreciated her restaurants recommendations in the vicinity. Location is great: just a few steps from Firostefani bus station, or 15 mins walk from Fira main bus station. Room was super comfortable. Everything is new and clean. Linens were changed everyday. There was even welcome water bottle at arrival I'm the fridge. I loved the design of thw bathroom. Mattress on the bed is very comfortable, even better quality than some more luxurious hotels. Everyday I was waking up with the sunset and on Sunday with church bells - wonderful start of the day.

Wifi signal in room 14 on the 1st floor was very weak. Villa is located on the main road, so it can be quite disturbing if you are a light sleeper and sleep with open windows. Only Greek TV channels.

I will definitely start with the hostess Maria. What a nice person, full of positivity and energy. She will make sure that you have all that you need. My second point is the cleanliness and standards of the place. Everything looked and felt like new. This is a family business (ask Maria) and you can see the love that has been placed on every detail. It is very very clean, really a 10. Third is location. Right next to the church in Firostefani, 15 min walk to Fira and 15 to Imerovigli. Close to mini markets and coffee places, very convenient away from busy Fira centre.

I liked everything but maybe keep in mind that the property is next to a street, so there will be some traffic in the morning. Not a deal breaker because it compensates with the convenient location to the path to Fira just around the corner.

Absolutely perfect stay! The location is fantastic, just a 3 minute walk to the famous Three Bells of Fira iconic viewpoint and the Church of Agios Gerasimos, and only about 10 minutes along the cliffside path to Fira town. Super convenient! Maria is truly the sweetest and best host ever. The room was spotless, the bed super comfy, and the balcony had a gorgeous sea view. The bathroom was small but very nicely designed, with strong and hot water at all times. There was even heating in the room! After a long day of traveling, it was just the perfect place to relax, take a hot shower, and feel completely at home. Would highly recommend!

A charming hotel in a great location, about a 10-12 minute walk from the centre of Fira. Maria and her brother (Mikey) were fantastic, so lovely and accommodating. Maria showed me some decent places to go for breakfast, dinner, drinks etc and supplied me with maps if needed. The room was perfect for what I needed, with it being clean and having facilities such as Air-Con (a must!). Shower gel/shampoo was provided along with plenty of towels and hangers for clothes. It was the perfect place for my stay.

Maria is an exceptional host, incredibly friendly and always wearing a smile. We were in search of affordable accommodation, prioritizing cleanliness and comfort, as our intention was simply to have a place to rest while we explored the island. The room exceeded our expectations, providing everything we required. The location was ideal, being close to the center of Fira (just a 1 km walk), offering tranquility and a delightful atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed strolling to Imerovigli from the accommodation. Booking Villa Fotini was definitely a wise decision, and we won't hesitate to book again when we revisit Santorini.

It was kind of in the middle between Imerovigli and Fira. And both are within 15-20 minutes walking distance. If you missed Asian food, you could have them at the Fira Main Square. There’s splendid views of the caldera as you walk along the footpath facing the sea. There’s a mini market just 200 m away where you could buy water, fruits, eggs, milk, etc. Maria who helped us to check in was a smiley and helpful lady. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

There’s a “cave-like” toilet without doors. Some water might splash out during shower. Other than this, it was a pleasant stay.

Everything - host, location, apartment. It' only few steps from caldera. From balcony (double superior room) we could see both see sides. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Near the apartments is small market, nice restaurants, big public parking. We were delighted with the room, cleanliness, comfort, balcony and terrace in front of the entrance. Thank you for the slippers and beach towels. Very very nice service. thank you again for the possibility of early check-in. If I return to Santorini someday, I would definitely go to Villa Fotini. Firostefani is a beautiful town and much less crowded than Fira or Oia. It stole my heart.

room small (as advertised) but perfectly formed! quiet and comfortable. excellent location for exploring western side of the island. reception staff friendly and very helpful. Would recommend for a short stay.

The room was perfect with the best shower I had my entire trip to the islands! There was a small balcony with chairs where I watched the sunrise. I traveled to Santorini with a big group of friends who stayed at a large resort nearby. By the second day some wished they had booked Villa Fotini! Very friendly staff and great communication regarding check-in. The room was spotless and had all the amenities that you needed. I highly recommend Villa Fotini and would definitely stay there again if I returned to Santorini!

The room was lovely and clean. Maria was very welcoming, she answered all our questions and gave us a map of the best places to visit during our stay. I had organised the trip for my partner’s birthday and Maria left balloons, a delicious cake and candles and a little bottle of fizz in our room which was wonderful! I would highly recommend staying here!
