Breakfast buffet was great, staff was wonderful - Its a very good family hotel. Our kids absolutely loved the game room, as well as the petting Zoo. We had a small 2 story chalet that was a bit dated but perfect for our needs. The property was expansive and I don't think we explored all it had to offer. The proximity to the national park mont-orford was great, as well as just a few minutes outside the center of town of Magog.

In a perfect world, the property is due for a remodel, but they keep it up nice for what it is, and it would certainly cost a bit more if it was remodeled. Very happy with our stay!

The hotel was very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Loved the huge playroom for kids and that there was a part for younger kids also. My son is 4 and he had such a great time. I was surprised at the size of our room. Was nice it had shower and bathtub. We had a standard queen room. The beds were super comfy.

That the restaurant/bar is only open on weekends. The indoor pool could have been a little warmer. When I left just before the 11am check out time, the parking lot had not yet been cleaned from the snow through the night.

I didn't have high expectations because we booked at the last minute, and few hotels had rooms that weekend. But I was pleasantly surprised with how spacious and quiet the room was and how comfortable and clean the bathroom was. Some of the furniture was dated and the carpet was a touch dingy, but overall I thought it was good value for the money.

The dated furniture and carpet make the apartment feel a bit dingy. There was no view to speak and you had to walk outside to get to the office and restaurant.

The hotel is a true hidden gem for families with children, offering a wide range of amenities that make it perfect for a family getaway. Kids can enjoy the playroom, farm, movie room, indoor and outdoor pools, PlayStation, etc. The rooms are pretty big and the beds are so comfy and clean. Whenever we visit Quebec, this is our go-to hotel—we've never regretted it. We always leave happy and we can't wait to plan another vacation. Overall, it is a great place to enjoy a home-like atmosphere, luxurious amenities, and a fantastic location!

Enjoyed the pool, spa and my son loved the playroom. The room is very spacious, the beds are so comfy. Very clean and beautiful decor. My son really enjoyed seeing the 2 fish tanks on the main floor in the lobby.

This was my second time staying and both times the ATM didn't work. Vending machines are cash only. Restaurant is only open on the weekends. Room didn't have a microwave, but had a small fridge

I visited the location over 20 yrs ago, and while there are some negative reviews, it was a really nice place. My room was fine and comfy, bed was too soft for me, maybe thats me. Only negative was the 2 ev chargers were non functional, but I did not know they had them, so I planned my charging elsewhere

Nice hotel. Quiet at night to sleep The beds and pillows and room are super comfortable. My kid enjoyed the kids stuff and the pool.

Only thing I can say is maybe have someone check the pool area. The hot tub outside was lukewarm and the pool had so much chlorine our skin was red.

location is perfect for going skiing. easy to find, incredible staff and very lovely. we were allowed to check in 25 min before check-in, amazing customer service. the heating was easy to control and sufficient, great shower water pressure. for the price it is a great place to stay and we will stay again.

it felt a tiny bit not clean enough, it could be the colour of tiles in the bathroom and the missing shower gel containers in the shower (we don’t use those so it’s not a big deal). i was a bit surprised our room was outside the main property (with all the amenities, so if we wanted to use the pool we would need to pack and dress for it), i could have missed the info about it tho. the pool and jacuzzi were full of kids (understandable, not a con, but happens considering it’s a family friendly place), bar and sauna were closed too.

The location for our mineral club trip was very good. The facility is large with everything one might require including indoor/outdoor pools, a restaurant, various styled and sizes of rooms (eg. 2 story), an impressive indoor and outdoor children's playroom center, large hall for business meetings, etc. The staff were very polite and pleasantly speak both French and English.

Everything was great - perhaps over the next few years some renovations would add to the rooms

Amazing for families with children of all ages! All the activities are great. We had a few hours to kill per day and our 2 year old stayed busy for three hours! And everything opens at 8am which is great for young kids. The room was clean though there are stains in the toilet. The receptionist were friendly and helpful.

The mattress is way too soft. The water in both pools was really murky.
