The hotel was on top of a mountain and provided us with an upgrade to a room with a wonderful lake and mountain view. It was also conveniently close to a funicular that took us down to Vevey. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they even offered to install a bidet shower in the WC. Additionally, the hotel gave us a free transportation pass

We had a junior suite. It was very well proportioned, the bathroom area was extremely well planned and spacious. We liked the dressing. The view was exceptional from the bedroom terrace, unfortunately we were in the mist for 2 days, but the weather is sometimes unpredictable! The bed was very comfortable. We did not have breakfast, but had a brunch-type meal instead. It was lovely to have good choices of snacks in the bar area. Parking of the car just outside the hotel was perfect. It was lovely to see an open fire in a seating area. The SPA personnel were very professional and competent. The hotel was decorated with taste, beautiful objects well presented.

There was a bit of a draught in certain areas by the bar area where we had a light supper on Christmas Day, but perhaps we should have chosen another table in the seating area.

Amazing view, lovely staff, great massage and sweet evening with a raclette & delicious wine in a ski cabin. We had a junior suite which was very comfortable and perfectly clean. Minibar included and renewed every day. We had a chauffeur picking us up at the station which was on time and very friendly. The room service offers a good cuisine until late. A télécabine goes straight to Vevey in 10mn, a very beautiful town on the lake.

Decoration is a bit old fashioned. Breakfast not included while prices are quite high. Raclette( delicious cheese and meet) was served with an industrial salad while price was quite high. Terrace of the suite could offer more privacy with the neighbours.

Very beautiful location, amazing view, room was very good. Breakfast was perfect. Wellness area was very good, pool, jacuzzi, very nice. Staff were very responsive and polite. Parking was available as announced, indoor garage and few places near hotel.

Last day our air conditioner broke, staff was trying to fix, without success. We were lucky because this day the temperature dropped down, wasn’t that hot. But if it would be +35 as it was just day before, it wouldn’t be nice.

It's far up the mountain but there is a near cable car that take you to down town

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. First and foremost, let's talk about the view. It was absolutely breathtaking! Waking up to the sight of the lake and mountains was like a dream come true. It truly added an extra touch of magic to my stay. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to ensure that I had the best possible experience. From the moment I checked in, They were always available to answer any questions I had. Thanks to George and Jihad Their exceptional service truly made a difference and made me feel valued as a guest. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly remarkable stay.

The only thing that needs improvement from my opinion is breakfast needs more variety as the options were limited, however you could still order your preferred eggs/pancakes.

Our stay was superb. Incredible location and facilities but what made it extra special was that every single member of staff were exceptional. The views were breathtaking. Thank you Rade, Nicholas, Thomas and Sarah for making our short stay very special with personalised, kind and attentive service. We will look forward to returning.
