Location is excellent, located at JR Funabashi Station. Also very near Keisei Funabashi Station. Convenient to travel to/from Narita Airport. Not far away from Tokyo Station and Akihabara Station. Easy to travel to places in Chiba like Makuhari and Disneyland. Good choice to stay away from the expensive room rate in Tokyo. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Spacious single room, nicely decorated, very comfortable bed. Staff are polite and helpful. Self check-in and check-out machine are convenient and easy to use. The room rate this time is superb, less than 11,000 Yen per night. Very good.

I'd be even more happy if there is a public bathroom. (Just my personal preference, the toilet and bathroom in the room is spacious, compared to other hotels in Tokyo.)

Staff was great and accommodating. The bathroom was clean and the room was cozy!

Wish the bed wasn't on wheels, it moved over time and the stuff I had on the bed was falling through the gap. both sides of the bed didn't have an outlet/ nightstand which made things difficult for my husband and me.

Very close to the station. A lot of eateries around the hotel. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Amenities are excellent! Loved the bath salts!

Difficult to find the entrance of the hotel . The windows are locked and I couldn't change the air. A bit of noise from the train tracks and the station.

It was righit in JR station shopping mall, and very easy access with huge suit cases. Room is good size for Japanese hotel, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

Can't expect view from room because of the location. We knew it in Funabashi.

There are 2 nice bakeries nearby the station. A lot of shopping choices. 2 train stations.
