I really enjoyed the stay as the staff was very attentive and kind, and I appreciated the welcome drinks, snacks and postcard, which were nice surprise. The room was spacious and nicely cleaned and there were plenty of toiletry items. Amazing plus is the terrace on the top of the building, which had plenty of seating and nice view of the city, the interior of the building seemed new and modern.

The breakfast options seemed quite limited, and the location is bit further from the centre, however there is tram station right next to the hotel. For those who prefer walking it is completely fine!

This place is amazing, much better than we expected. The view from the rooftop is priceless, our room was spacious, clean and had all the facilities we needed. I appreciate that the hotel rooms are the two top floors so you get a nice view not only from the rooftop but also from the room itself. Also the location is great, with several bus/tram stops nearby but as the Turin public transport is not very reliable, it is better to walk whenever possible.

The only thing we didn't like, and the reason this is 9/10 instead of 10/10, was breakfast. The choice was quite limited compared to other places (of similar price category) we've stayed in. Also, the breakfast counter was in the sunny spot which I guess wasn't very good for things like ham and cheese.

My stay was excellent. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a quiet and well-connected area, just a pleasant 25-minute walk from the Royal Palace of Turin. The room was spacious, with an incredibly comfortable bed and pillows. Housekeeping was outstanding — everything was always spotless, tidy, and smelled fresh. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Overall a great value for the money. The location is great, wonderful views, kind staff, clean enough.

Could be noisy and stuffy when visiting in a transitional month because the central AC is not on yet, so you must open the windows for fresh air. Not the most comfortable bed, but not horrible. You can hear the doors slamming in the hallway, so it's something to consider if you are a light sleeper.

New and well mantained property, most of the building is for students dormitories with the last two floors arranged in spacious hotel rooms. Huge windows, plenty of light and wide view over the hills and the river side pointing south. Comfy room and toilet, both larger than the Italian average for same class hotels, wide bed and decent size TV; complimentary water, coffee/tea pot and a drink voucher for two at the bar. Kind staff on check in and out.

Noise insulation could be improved, doors are very noisy, especially if other clients are not so polite... Breakfast could include some savoury options and a toaster. Room heating not fully customizable.

It’s q nice hotel and the street parking is available if you arrive by car. The breakfast choices are limited and there was no working air conditioning when we stayed . The hotel staff blamed the city that limits the dates when AC can be on . You have to sleep with windows open

The staff is very friendly, the rooms were clean and they offered us a drink which was well needed after travelling for so many hours. The hotel has a free rooftoop with an amazing view on Turin and plenty of chairs so you can enjoy your morning coffee or tea while looking at the beautiful mountains.

Other tourists were quite noisy and kept slamming doors late at night, but that can happen in every hotel

The administrators were really friendly and helpful, told all the useful information. I asked quieter room on the last floor and my wish was granted. The view from the room was great, no traffic noise, even though it was between busy streets. The room had kettle, free M&M's (I don't eat them anymore, but a nice touch and had the chance to try them again), free coffee and tea, the towels were really soft, shower was spacious enough and water pressure was great. All in all, the room was modern and clean.

The beds were a bit noisy, but didn't bother me. Just didn't like that other hotel guests came to next room and started talking really loud, laughing, even though it was 2 am, so maybe room isolation is not too great. Location is not bad, 30 mins walking distance from city center. For us it wasn't a problem.

Close to city center, 20 min. walk. Good price, which gets even better if you are willing to wait until the last day.

At breakfast there were ONLY sweets. It can not be considered a breakfast, but rather a desert. You had to eat breakfast somewhere else and then go to the reception to eat the morning desert ... The sink in room 705 was stuck. The shower in room 705 and 605 were leaking a lot of water. After showering the entire bathroom was full of water and the towels were insufficient to clean.

The staff were welcoming and always very helpful. The facilities were all clean and wet-kept. We had a nice comfy bed. The location was just about perfect, with easy access to most of the centre of Turin.

Nothing wrong I can think of. All good.
