The check-in was easy, thanks to a map of the location, an easy entrance, plenty of beds, and closet space to put clothing and snow gear away. Good-sized fridge for the overnight stay. Flexible attitude with additional towels when needed, and easy confirmation with the key deposits to be at 10:30am (instead of the scheduled 10am).

I wanted to have a bigger room for the value for money. It was a bit tough to use the car park with the big cars and 4WDs. And there were no USB-C slots, only 3x USB-A. It would be good to have more electric plug-ins.

Great location in the centre of Jindabyne with convenient access to both Perisher and Thredbo. The rooms are really clean, comfortable and warm. The hot buffet breakfast was fantastic and great value! Da at the office was really friendly and very helpful with everything. Mike and his team cooked up a fantastic breakfast buffet that really set us up for the day, along with his friendly greeting each morning! We'll definitely be coming back to Vikas. It really has everything you could need for a stay at the snow!

Really enjoyed the communal facilities and the cleanliness of the rooms. Staff were super nice and friendly! The room amenities were clean and choice of soaps were nice and lux for the venue which was a nice homely touch.

Would be amazing if there were cooking facilities. Even in the communal space. Travelling for the snow is already expensive along with accomodation so the option of being able to cook food and prep for the trip would make the whole trip more enjoyable and an affordable experience. Even if it’s an electric cook top with basic utensils would be a nice addition for the price you pay. For group bookings, has 3 of us in the 4 bedder room. It was very tight living even just for 3 people in a room for 4 so it was a bit claustrophobic.

Spectacular lake view from the dinning area. Staff are very helpful. I had to pick up a hired car from Cooma due to an accident but there is no way in the whole world to get a taxi or Uber in Jindabyne. Fortunately the hotel staff Poi dropped me off there with his own car unconditionally. Thank you so much Poi, you helped me so much when I really needed it, appreciated that! I'll definitely stay here again during the next visit to Jindabyne.

It takes about 10 minutes walk to the town center, feel a bit steep when walking up especially after had few scooners but still manageable.

Check in was easy and ample ski/boot storage. Location means it's walking distance to everything. The rooms are pleasant and clean. Nice tea selection. Lots of hot water to shower after day on the hill.

If your room is in the 30-40s you're at the top. So expect steep walk and stairs. But, keeps you fit. Internet TV can be fiddly but always did the job. Note, if you don't book through their site breakfast is extra. However rooms have a fridge so can self cater.

Room was modern, clean and well maintained. Room held its heat - well insulated. Heater worked very well. Shower was ample. Common rooms were great.

Had difficulty using the TV remote. The signal wasn't always received by the TV. Rm 42 Breakfast - Missing tomatoes and mushrooms. A third cereal option would be appropriate. Amount of stairs was a bit of a surprise. A heads up regarding the steep incline to the rooms would have been appropriate.

The room had a good double bed and bunk bed - all mattresses were comfortable. The room warmed up quickly and it was easy to block the external lights out. The decor was nice and modern. It was good to have toiletries provided.

The bathroom had poor ventilation and without a heated towel rail the bath towels just didn't dry. So we were using cold and wet towels to shower in the evening. I thought the accomodation fees were steep. Breakfast wasn't included.

Very clean. Modern and looks reburbished. Very comfy beds. Did not have any strange smells especially being carpeted and having regular visitors from the ski slopes. Comes with tea and coffee, kettle, mini fridge with freezer component, hairdryer and soaps. Netflix (use own account) /youtube options on TV. Didn't see staff but good communication. Drying room for your boards. No fuss at all.

Thin walls (bring ear plugs just in case). Although not an issue for us, plenty of steps (didn't see a lift) so ask about your options if you can't do stairs.

Basic but had everything we needed. Comfortable bed, great shower head, liked included coffee supplies and tissues. Staff were always very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast WASN'T included for those booking via this platform (who pay more) but was for bookings made direct, which made us feel ripped off. Car parking facilities weren't close to stairs which made loading and unloading lots of gear a bit cumbersome. Bathroom is VERY small (and dated) and no under sink cupboard for toiletries so have to take everything in/out of bathroom all the time. Some proper coffee mugs (not paper cups) would be nice.

The room was cozy, everything was designed to be functional it was just great. It really beats any hotel I've ever stayed in, it feels recently renovated and fresh. I Highly recommend this place for the snow season. Located walking distance the snowy region visitor centre which has to a bus stop that runs Jindabyne to perisher and also Thredbo. There is also a few really great food places and bars around walking distance.
