I liked the room and where it was located. Everything was clean. I liked how you had to swipe your room key to go upstairs.

I didn’t like like I couldn’t sit outside my oceanfront room on the balcony the whole time I was there because someone next door to us was smoking marijuana on their balcony and it was blowing towards us. We couldn’t even open our door without the smell going straight into our room. That’s the main reason we got oceanfront was to enjoy the sound of the ocean and see the views from our room. There was also no towels out by the pool and jacuzzi on our second night there. We didn’t take towels because there was supposed to be some, and had nothing to dry off with.

Very well-maintained! Clean! Family-friendly! The staff was excellent and top notch. Great place to stay!!

The strip has become like the ghetto with dilapidated and/or abandoned buildings that were once nice businesses and hotels. The streets are filled with junkies and “low-income” folks who were constantly blasting music that was far from child-appropriate. The air on the strip was thick with the smell of marijuana. There is security/police throughout the strip, which is nice for security purposes but is reflective of the nature of the strip. We were nervous to walk out during the day, and definitely stayed confined to the resort at night. It’s quite sad to see how rundown this part of Myrtle Beach has become.

I liked the property but there were a lot of children and they would be in the pool or at the beach with there mother and the father would be yelling from their balcony on the 7 floor to the kids. We also saw 8 hotel towels left on the beach when we walked in the morning. Kid will be kids but I think the hotel could avoid some of this by charging for any towel not returned to the pool area. And the yelling could be stopped with communication and rules. I also watched a young child throwing toys and shoes over the balcony. I think you need an adult only pool and jacuzzi.

The indoor pools were great for the kids as we were there during winter time.

The coffee shop was closed since we were there during off season time.

The location, the pools, it was so clean, the air in the room was fantastic, parking was great, most of the staff was wonderful, the pools were fantastic. I can't say enough good things about this hotel.

Our room was right above one of the pools and it was so loud with children shrieking and music blaring, , we couldn't even enjoy our balcony area we paid extra for. Now, I don't want kids to be silent but I also don't think it's necessary to be that loud all the time (8:30am-11:30pm). I wish there was like a quiet time after 9pm or something. Anything. It was incredibly, incredibly loud.

Really loved the children’s play area, I would definitely say it’s more family driven but the convenient bar was a great addition for us grown ups!

The floor of our hotel room felt very dirty, overall wasn’t terrible but I wish they were cleaned better.

The resort was nice and spacious. Check-in was fast, and the staff was friendly. The ocean view queen efficiency suite was nice, spacious, and clean. It includes a full-size refrigerator, a stovetop, and all the kitchen utensils you could possibly need. The bathroom was clean and an okay size. My favorite features were the deep soaker tub and the large vanity. The beds were comfortable, and the ocean view was amazing!

Two dead waterbugs in the bathtub when my baby got ready to shower All the pools were never opened at the same time so we didn't get to enjoy that. People were out there way too early The parking garage was across the street. That's just dangerous especially when it's kids involved or elderly people

I like that the room was clean and very neat.

I didn’t like the set up of the room. The room was very small . I didn’t like that as soon as you walk in the bed, it was by the door.

The room was clean, comfortable, and accommodating. The ocean view was as promised. The resort was directly on the beach. It offered many pools and a couple of Jacuzzis along with comfy relaxation areas both in and out of the sun, also had good disabled parking.

We stayed during the weekend before Memorial Day. There was a long wait to use the only 2 working of 4 elevators upon our check-in (was eventually resolved), so it took almost an hour to actually get into our room. The resort could not keep up with straightening up public areas, no beach towels were available our entire stay, the public restroom near the pool areas was filthy.
