The manager is very accommodating, caring,and helpful everything you need is at the hotel from,laundry, full stove with oven ,nice size fridge excellent customer service and smiling faces

It was friendly staff and quiet it was a short check in did take long at all.When I asked for room service it only took a few minutes to get what I needed

They don't have cameras which I think in that area it should be surveillance around and inside the hotel. A homeless guy snuck in and was laying in the hall but he didn't bother anyone but they had him removed

The staff was so awesome. Michal was so kind and considerate too. The room was clean and relatively quiet. The property was clean and the guests were so friendly. The laundry facilities and vending machines were right across from my room. Perfect!! I can’t say enough about this place. Loved my stay.

What’s not to like?

The property doesn’t look like much on the outside but as soon as you step in the lobby, it’s neat clean and you’re greeted with a very friendly, smiling staff everybody from the Night Shift to the dayshift we’re all very nice.

The room looked great when I first entered. The bed was nicely made with clean sheets and towels. The refrigerator was clean. There was room to sit and work at a desk and there a comfortable chair in which to lounge. The kitchenette was great. The bed was comfortable and THE AIR CONDITIONER WORKED GREAT! The staff was very pleasant.

The TV was quite small. The common areas were somewhat used and dated.

The suite was very clean with lots of storage space, and the staff provided excellent and prompt service throughout the stay. I liked that we had the option of requesting cooking supplies and easy access to the highway. The hotel was also exceptionally quiet.

I didn't notice in advance that there is no elevator, so I would request a second floor room next time.

The room was very clean, and smelt nice. All the staff members are very nice and respectful! If it's in their capacity, they go above and beyond to help with any issues.. definitely give this extended stay a huge 10! Best stay I've have in a long time..

I loved the customer service and housekeeping was prompt and even brought additional sheets to the room.

I didn't like there was a lot of noise throughout the evening and the morning. Other than that I had a great stay.

Even though the streets are busy, it is a place where you can enjoy and get some sleep and rest.

The floor was not swept or clean. Therefore, you must do extensive cleaning upon arrival.

The bed and sofa were comfortable and the hotel was very quiet. The location was also convenient to major highways and to grocery stores. And the staff were available and very helpful.

There's no elevator but another guest helped us move luggage to the second floor.
