Everything was as I would have expected for a hotel of this standard. Don't pre-order breakfast as it's cooked to order and cheaper just to pay for what you eat. The breakfast menu is varied and what I had was good quality. All the staff I met were especially friendly and welcoming. The balcony and facility to open the door meant I didn't need to constantly run the aircon to be comfortable.

The location on booking.com is wrong, it is behind the mall off the main road as shown if you search for it on Google maps.

The property’s location is excellent, being close to malls and restaurants, which made dining and shopping very convenient. Another great feature is the wide and spacious parking area, which made it hassle-free for those with vehicles. Needs Improvement: While the location and parking were great, several areas need attention. There were no available cushions or extra bedding for an additional person, which was disappointing. The toiletries were not regularly refilled, and we had to request replacements more than once. The reception staff also need improvement—they lacked the warmth and charisma typically expected from hotel personnel. They seemed busy all the time, and their demeanor wasn’t very accommodating. The phone lines were constantly unavailable, which made it inconvenient to request anything without physically going down to the reception area. In summary, while the hotel has some strong points like location and parking, the customer service and attention to detail could use significant improvement to make the stay more enjoyable.

The hotel is quite beautiful, very clean and well situated. The staff are extremely friendly, very helpful and professional. There's a few minor things they could do to make their establishment a little better but, all in all, we had a marvellous time and would most definitely stay there again.

The small bathroom, twin half blinds on the balcony glass door which didn't block out the outside light. Have a way of turning off the television, not just the signal box which when turned off leaves a floating message on the tv about hdmi signal lost.(very annoying) Ask the guests if they'd like a face washer and hand towel because none were provided.

I particularly liked the location. The food at the cafe was good. As I needed my avocado fix, they added some to my Inasal sandwich (at no extra charge) which tasted amazing. Special mention to Mica. Check in was flawless. We arrived earlier than expected and was able to get a room within an hour. Had a personalized birthday message waiting in the room which was a nice touch. The bed was amazing. Requested extra pillows upon booking and they were in the room already. The staff are very warm from the guards to the cleaning staff.

The bathroom is too cramped 😔But found a workaround. Just have to step in the shower to open the bathroom door to get out. Oh, a table set on the terrace would have been great to maximize on the fresh air.

The staff is polite and friendly. The location was close to the mall and accessible to basic personal necessities, hospital and transportation. The room is clean bed is firm and comfortable

WiFi is slow with downloads and spotty at times. Not enough selections with dining options. Our room 603 shower drains very slowly resulting with you standing in water. Not enough Lightning in the bathroom and the bathroom fan was extremely loud when in use. The linens need an upgrade very thin and worn out. Tap water had a smell. Recommend using filtered water. Using tags to clean your room was confusing. I purposely did not place it in the door handle yet they cleaned the room anyway.

Always my go to hotel when in Tagaytay. Comfortable room, nice bed, reliable WiFi. Not much amenities but not a problem since I’m out most of the time. Central location yet slightly secluded so it’s quiet from the ground traffic. Good value for money.

Should have buffet breakfast option. Currently just plated. I miss the menu of the former in house resto.

I was not too happy with the breakfast. The bacon was oily, and although I asked for a fried egg, I received scrambled. It has to be said I am a very fussy eater!! The breakfast staff were very attentive, helpful and carried a smile. However, the overall experience was extremely good.

Nothing really. The Quest is an excellent hotel, situated perfectly for our needs and a bit of sightseeing. My wife and I will likely return, and for sure recommend the Quest to friends. We have zero complaints.

Location was great - close to the ridge but more private. Food was surprisingly good (had dinner there). Hotel room was basic (it would have been better if living area had a carpet like in the pictures) and a good size.

The bidet was leaking - material used was not good for bidet (not flexible). One of the aircons was down during our last night but too late in the evening to ask for someone to repair. Following morning it was working okay.

espresso tastes great, well-extracted but you'll need to pay for extra, although it's cheaper than Starbucks. The rooms are spacious, well lighted and well ventilated. The staff are helpful and friendly.

meals are plated; toiletries automatically replenished daily (but to be fair, we didn't ask anymore for more soap). there's no covered parking, and parking slots are limited but staff are helpful to look for safe plots.

It's my second time here, I like how spacious the room is

The breakfast we had on our first visit. We chose the pancake and waffle. They served it fast but so cold and hard so we just ordered additional since you can't eat much of it cause of its quality. We asked for a refill of our coffee but the staff showed judgmental expressions which made us feel reluctant in asking for other things.
