Centre location as part of old city market area. Room was spacious and comfortable. Big bathroom with bath and good shower. Breakfast was excellent: a daily choice of four options (one of which you nominated the day before). Smart choices with generous serving. Hotel has a small lift. Important, as reviewer did not want to climb stairs. (We were on 2nd floor above ground level.)

There was occasional late evening noise from passage way below. A minor issue. Note to future visitor: excellent bus service to near "Grote Markt". Numerous lines, 1,2,8,9 (I think). Only a few minutes travel from main railway.

Location. We had a big room; ample sapce even if you have big suitcases. Property also has a lift.

Our room didn’t have a sink in the bathroom; sink was in the same room as the beds. There was enough space just inconvenient. One particular restaurant staff on our first day was not so customer-oriented. When i said i made a mistake in my pre-ordered breakfast (am vegetarian and i ordered something wt salmon), she just looked at me exasperatedly. No suggestion for alternative, like maybe: “you may order something from the menu but at your own expense”. A bit brusque for someone who deals with customers.

Amazing location right in the center, 100 meters from the central cathedral, with plenty of shops and restaurant nearby. Train station is also like 8-10 minutes walk from the hotel. There is a restaurant downstairs which is a part of the hotel with nice assortment of drinks and food (open until 11PM). The breakfast is good, there are 4 or more options. Room and the hotel itself are very nice, clean and cozy. Wifi signal was strong, internet speed is around 100Mbits. Friendly staff.

The shower's water flow was very slow and I could not find a way how to make it faster/better. The water drain was also quiet slow. The mattresses were alright, but not perfect. One of the mattresses was tilted on the side, which was not very comfortable for sleep. No AC in the hotel, but the table fan was provided (not a problem for me , but might be for someone)

I have stayed in the hotel regularly and like the atmosphere , the staff ae helpful , the breakfast is good and the rooms are clean and comfy. I like this hotel .

The only thing missing is to be able to make tea or coffee in the room. Knowing this l bring my own ...( l can because l am in a car so no hassle ) Otherwise have no negative views. I see people comment on the noise .....it is in the main square!! And at times of course you hear the outside .... I stayed this time not long after Christmas....it was fine .

An excellently located, short stay, hotel on the town square, and only a short walk from a nearby public car park. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms well cleaned. There was a good choice of differing prepared breakfasts. Request for rooms at the back of the hotel arranged.

There is nothing that I would have change for my stay. As you would expect from an hotel on a town square, rooms at the front could be subject to noise.

Hotel Is placed directly on the main square, just footsteps from the Old church, restaurants are everywhere around. So if you wanna be in the centre, this is the place. The room was comfy, bathroom a bit small and not that easy to hang around. There is some noise during nights, especially Saturday, but that is logical due to location. Breakfast was absolutely perfect.

Each room has a very heavy door and you can hear it closing somewhere in the hotel quite often. It's not only hearable but mostly it causes trembling so you can really feel it, especially when you wanna sleep.

I liked how polite, yet friendly the staff was and how understanding they were of my situation. I had to stay in the lobby with all my luggage for a while because my ride couldn't come to get me any sooner, so I ended up staying there for around 5 hours after my checkout. XD They even looked after my luggage after I went shopping around the city center. I will definitely be coming back to the same hotel if I ever have the need to do so.

In full honesty, the only thing that I didn't enjoy about the hotel was how small the elevator was, but apart from that, anything else was fine.

Staff was wonderful and did everything they could to make it a pleasant stay the room was super clean and comfortable food was excellent.. note no ac but who needs it.. suggest rooms not adjacent to alleyway if you like to sleep in as deliveries occurring then.. I will stay again

Hotel was an old building, rooms felt like home.

Reception in a bar failed to find in the night and luckily I was asked to check in after some minutes. The lift is also tiny for 1 person 1 luggage, but after on the floor you stayed, you have to put luggage on some steps to your room. Not suggested heavy luggage like mine to stay. However, the room is the best I stayed in Europe, comfortable and feeling like home.

Loved the spacious room and bathtub. Very clean room. Super central location. Great view of the church from the room window.

There is no directions how to enter the hotel if you are coming for the first time. Dangerous stairs from floor 2 to floor 3.
