Location and terrace view is absolutely amazing . Size of an apartment and terrace is very good for average family of 3. Friendly stuff at reception, willing to answer all our questions. We were here for 3 times, and always amazed with location and its offer.

Apartment was very clean when we arrived, but then during stay apartment was not cleaned by stuff at all. Only new towels were left in front of our doors every 2 days. On question why apartment is not cleaned like past years - answer is that this service is available only on extra charge. That is unacceptable not to have cleaning for money we paid. Overall some small investments are needed to bring apartments to higher quality - squeaky bed, old tv with only few programs that usually don’t work, low number of kitchen hardware… Despite all bad sides we will visit this place again in the future

Madam, Sir, Our stay in Appt 776 was marvelous. The weather, the persona, the accommodation, every thing was superb. Even the dogs found it marvelous with the lot of open grass. I want to make some small remarks in order to increase the comfort of Appt 776. - There is no ceiling light in the room road side. - There is no ceiling light in the part of the kitchen. - The television is not working in the room sea-side . - The fridge has some missing parts watts uncomfortable - Some hooks are missing on the terrace to fix the curtain. - The coffee machine did not working but has been replaced - In the kitchen there are three cooking pots but only one has laid that fixed. Nevertheless our stay was  marvelous and we will come back. Thank you for everything , Family Wouters from Belgium

Amazing place for families with small or older kids. The resort is pet-friendly; many dogs were walking around, swimming, and resting under the trees. Apartment was clean, spacious and very cosy. Every room had a separate air conditioning system, although there was no need for that - the place is perfectly cold. We were located 20 metres from the nearest beach, where you can find something for every taste - sand, rocks, pine trees. The water was very clean. There are many options for water sports, outside activities, playgrounds, many cafes, bars, and restaurants. It's peaceful at night.

The apartment could have a freezer.

Beautiful area, few meters from the beach. It belongs to the huge resort, it has a reception, breakfast option, beach with sand, pools, playgrounds, lagunas, shops, activity center, a small trail drive guests to city center, adventure park is over the street. But one doesn't need to go anywhere because everything is around.

Location. Type of accommodation is great for our family. On-site facilities and closeness to UMAG ATP tour are all great.

Changing the bed sheets! We did that on our own. Once for 2 week stay, upon request, which I think should be included in the taking care of the property & guests. Mopping the floors once per week is expected. If not, you can leave at least the some chemicals for us to do so, using the provided mop, or communicate that it is at residents desire/expense to buy & do so.

The location is great and the view was excellent. It's great for families with children. There are lots of playgrounds, even if the equipment is not the newest. The beach is very close and you can choose between sand and stone beach. There are also several swimming pools and you don't have to pay extra to use them. The kitchenette is also good equiped.

The doors and windows are old and the exterior of the villa needs to be renovated.

The location was perfect for the ATP Tournament we came to attend with the family. We spent a whole week & loved every moment we spent at the place. The Beach is amazing with great facilities to spend the whole day: lots of natural shade; great food in the beach restaurant; great fast snacks, cocktails, drinks & ice-cream right at the beach front.

Cleaning the rooms was not at the level expected for this price. Staff was great and fast to respond upon requesting something for the room, but Sheets should be changed by the staff at least once per a week stay. The room & bathroom should be cleaned with trash picked up on daily basis or in two days at most, for this price-range!

Perfect location with a lot of possibilities. You can choose between salt or sweet water pools, you can go to the sandy beach or jump to the sea from concrete shore. Different type of restaurants, supermarket, bakery. Water sports possibilities, kinder corner, fitness studio. The city center is only 15min by ,bike.

The room is a retro type, from early 2000s.

Great place to stay with kids. Full of programs and possibilities. Pool is great and beaches are mostly sandy. Live music every night and football for kids. We really enjoyed it.

During our 5 days our room was cleaned only once. Was not a big deal but maybe something to improve.

Amazing location just a few meters from sea and a very nice resort, a lot of facilities for kids, well maintained beach. The apartment at the ground floor has a beautiful teracce and the buildings are sureounded by high trees, so its very comfortable having a pleasant shadow. Cooking facilities in apartment just enough for preparing meals, all the dishes are there. Refrigerator also included. A small supermarket walking distance away.

The floor hasn’t been wiped for quite a while. Although everything else seemed clean (kitchen sink, bathroom sink, bath tub, toilett), there was a distinctive smell in the apartment, especially in the wardrobe closet - the smell was so bad that we decided not to unpack our clothes but rather left them in the suitcase.
