Everything from the time I parked my car to settling into my room was AMAZING! The staff I encountered was extremely friendly. I love the facility- one of the most comfortable stays I've had in a while. I WILL be back!

I was not exactly tickled by the breakfast. Some of it looked as if it had been sitting for a while and not refreshed. If I had to rate the entire experience, I still give my stay a 9 1/2 out of 10. Breakfast and coffee are usually my favorite things. Still, it was only one experience.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was also very good and just what we needed to start the day. The staff seemed like they really enjoyed their jobs - they were smiling, welcoming and made us feel like part of the family.

It would have been nice to have more coffee packets in the room since we declined to have our room cleaned during our stay.

Breakfast was great! I loved the reception staff. Jasmine in particular was very helpful and made our stay lovely. Overall, would recommend if asked.

Nothing. I enjoyed everything about our stay. The room was excellent. The staff were excellent. The breakfast was great. We were attending a wedding so it was just a safe space to get away from all the crazy so it did exactly what we needed.

The room was comfortable and quiet. The full breakfast was delicious! The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about places to eat in the area. They were very accommodating and gracious to our large extended family group that were staying there.

great price, breakfast had great food selection (free by the way) which tasted amazing! Breakfast lady very helpful to explain how to use waffle maker (first time) and help my mom with her questions and requests. Parking very clean and secure. Room very clean and everything organized, bathroom very big and no problems with hot water! Definitely recommend!

A really nice property, well-kept and comfortable, with friendly and efficient staff. The decor is fresh and the lobby/breakfast seating area was a great place to catch up on work as well as enjoy the morning meal. Breakfast selections covered all the standard bases with hot and cold selections, well prepared.

The staff was courteous and answered any questions I had. The breakfast buffet was the best part. There was plenty of variety and the waffle station was great! Food service staff was absolutely wonderful! They kept the food areas neat and clean. Also very helpful to guests. The front desk always greeted guests when they came in. Our room was clean no complaints. There is a small area adjacent to the front desk where you can purchase a few snacks or beverages.

Conveniently located close to I75, grocery store, and dining areas. The Fairfield Inn and Suites is a modern hotel with great features on a family friendly budget. Great customer service from staff members.

I wish the lighting was a bit better in the room. I am older with poor eyesight, so it's probably fine for most people, but a tiny bit dark for me.

It was a very peaceful area. There were no homeless people, and it was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was good and made daily.
