1. Really clean room during our check-in. It was also cleaned daily and trash picked up even when it was not much at all. 2. Helpful and friendly staff willing to assist us 3. Quiet location and close to nearby points of interest. You could use the car or local transportation means. 4. Well cooled rooms. Even with heat outside, the room could maintain a low temperature without using the A/C. The floor itself was cold to the touch all day! 5. Kitchen was equipped for our stay and we could use it right away without needing much

1. Kitchen could use a towel to wipe the dishes after washing them. Also a bigger bin could go a long way 2. Not sure about pool regulations but since it is deep enough on one end (2.6m) then maybe a lifeguard must be on duty and signs should be added around it together with life-saving equipment such as life rings. I did not notice any of those.

Our stay at this seaside hotel was absolutely delightful! The location is perfect, offering stunning sea views. The highlight for our family was definitely the fantastic pool area, which is great for kids. The pool is clean, well-maintained, and includes a shallow section that was perfect for our little one. The hotel staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and offered beautiful views of the sea. The off-site restaurant served delicious meals, and there were plenty of nearby dining options as well.

Property location was fantastic, 40 mins from the airport and easy to find by car. Pool was the perfect size and depth for active teenage boys and beach with waves directly opposite. There are supermarkets and gift shops locally in addition to a number of beach front restaurants, one which is linked to the hotel. There are a mix of hotels and apartments in the area so people about but not overly busy. We were upgraded to a large spacious apartment and it was fantastic to have so much room. Had we not been travelling around the island it would have been great to stay more than two nights. Fantastic value for money!

The mattresses were hard as is usually the case in Greece, however, the pillows were too firm and high which meant we did not sleep well unfortunately. This could easily be resolved by the hotel or maybe by bringing your own if luggage restrictions allow.

The property was clean and in a lovely location and great value for money … not posh, but had everything we required . … the only negative thing I could say, is the studio could do with a full length mirror ….. there was plenty of wall space to put one …only mirror in the property was a small one over the sink in the bathroom Anything we needed Andrea’s dealt with immediately .. such a lovely helpful man We are going back next year

Hotel is right next to a beach and many of the rooms have nice view from the balcony to the sea. Staff is very helpful and hotel have nice very clean pool and is also suited for smaller kid's with a separate area. Right on the beach is Mythos restaurant where the food is really good and nice welcoming staff. So no need to go very far if wanting just to stay close to the hotel and relax. Close by is supermarket and other good restaurants too.

The apartment was located directly at the beach, with a view of the sea from the balcony. The pool was very clean and there were free sun beds at the pool and the beach. The atmosphere in Maleme was very calming and chill. The host Andreas was really nice and help us plan our trips.

Generally it was very clean but the kitchen appliances and the insights of the cupboards could have needed more attention.

really enjoyed my stay at the apartment. The swimming pool was large and very clean, which made it perfect for relaxing. The location was great — close to everything I needed. Also, communication with the manager was smooth and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place!

The host Andreas was really friendly and helpful and answered all our questions in great detail. The apartment was right next to the beach and was in a calm surrounding. The location is accessible via public transport from Chania and everything you need (supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy) are nearby. When we encountered the cockroach, Andreas apologized profusely and offered to give us another apartment. We really liked interacting with him.

On the second day of our stay, we encountered a cockroach roaming around in the house in the middle of the night, which had made its way from the ceiling of the bathroom. This was not a nice experience and messed with our sleep schedule.

A great location, right on the beach (free sunbeds) and next to a really great restaurant. Easy bus access into Chania Town. Andreas was very helpful.
