I love how close this was to our family that we went to visit. The check-in ladies were very friendly and made the process quick and seamless. Everything was easy to find, from the elevator, stairs, dining, gym, and pool. The room was clean and tidy. The bathroom had plenty of towels, and the shower pressure was just right! I also loved that there was an ice machine on every floor. We did swim in the pool shortly after arriving and loved that it was indoors. Hotel is conveniently located to a lot of different amenities. We will definitely be staying here every time we visit the area.

Only 1 elevator and was really slow. Quicker to take the stairs. The spa was not working in pool area.

We booked with Priceline in advance. 3 night stay. We paid for 2 rooms, 2 queen size in both rooms. We received 1 room 2 queen size and 2nd room king. For check in We still had to pay one night for both rooms. I had my son come by and pay for the other 2 nights and still they called my room and said we didn't pay for the next 2 nights. It was just a mess. My key card wouldn't work for my room and they didn't have housekeeping clean it. So my complaint is the front desk for not dealing with this properly.

If you’re looking for a hotel near lackland afb this is it! Is literally about 5-8 minutes away. The staff is very friendly and courteous. They even provide a map with directions to get to the Air Force base quickly. Breakfast is wonderful also.

Maybe give us an extra hour to check out since I was here for BMT Air Force graduation and it ends at 10am so we had to rush back to hotel to check out at 11

The staff was friendly and very helpful. They gave us a map and provided directions. The breakfast accommodated the needs and schedule of local events. The breakfast offered hot eggs, bacon and my grandson loved the Texas waffles. The complimentary coffee and hot chocolate were a hit and the family enjoyed the pool.

The hotel is a little outdated.

Location is great, perfect distance to Lackland, SeaWorld not too far. Lots of restaurants.

I checked out at front desk super early about 4am. The person said they would check me out, they did not. Then they called saying my belongings were still in room, and they were charging me another night. I called after landing and told them I had checked out early and the only thing left in room is a broken suitcase that just needs to be thrown away. They said they would reverse the charge.

It was very convenient to access Lackland Air Force Base from the hotel. Additionally, the hotel provided breakfast at 5:30 a.m. on graduation days, which was very helpful.

Everything about the property was great, but I do wish the AC or heater could be adjusted to turn on and off as needed. Other than that, everything was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

I especially liked how helpful the staff was to accommodate us during our stay for our son’s Basic Military Training Graduation at Lackland: the map - the directions, the early morning breakfast on those early Mornings. The breakfast was SUPERB!!! I also enjoyed the hot tub and pool and work out room several times. The convenience of the hotel to the AFB was a definite perk! All was not too pricey for what you get, too.

The only thing I had wished for was a little longer pool time. It didn’t open early and after a workout and long day we were cramped for time to enjoy it with it closing at 10 PM.

This location is the BEST for families attending military graduation. The handout when we arrived was very appreciative and informative about early breakfast, directions, etc. The staff (don't remember her name but she was the blonde that worked evening shift) gave us some very good dinner recommendations (Acadiana Cafe & Mina & Dimi's Greek). I would go back if we lived here.

Location is accessible, staffs are accomodating, the room is big can accommodate a big family, kitchen you can cook and the lobby it smells so good.

The room do have a distinct smell. It is not bad but not too good. And the breakfast is the same everyday potato, eggs, sausage, waffles and cereals.

When you first walk in the lobby looks very inviting and clean. The staff was very informative and kind. The breakfast was really good and the ladies serving it were super friendly. We were there for our daughters graduation from BMT and the location was perfect.

The only king suite they had was on the third floor, and the elevator was down. So we stayed in a regular king room, which was OK however, that was not what we wanted.
