Room was comfortable, clean and spacy. Balcony had a great view and big enough to spend a lovely evening. Bathroom was renovated and had a big tub with a lovely shower. Breakfast was adequate, leaning on the pastry side. Beach was clean and well managed. Clean towels were available all day. Parking places around the hotel is shared with the beach users and other buildings nearby, street can be crowded with cars in the weekends and daytime. Yet didn't have any problem finding a space.

Coffee and tea service was done by the staff, who had their hands already full with the huge hall. A machine or two may be a better approach. Extra beds were not too comfy for older kids.

The staff was very friendly — from the reception team to the breakfast crew, the beach attendants, and the housekeeping ladies. Everything was spotless. There’s plenty of parking around the hotel and a private beach reserved exclusively for guests. Although we explored nearby beaches, including a day trip to Thassos, we always came back to unwind at the hotel’s beach. The hotel also offers a swimming pool, which is a great bonus. Breakfast was generous and delicious, and the price-to-quality-to-star-rating ratio is excellent. I would definitely return. The hotel is just a 10-minute drive from the city center.

The room was much bigger than expected with two balconies and a terrific view of the island of Thassos. The breakfast had so many options that we did not manage during our two-night stays to taste all the different delicacies. Maybe next time! Add on Bonus: The free charging of our EV.

Rooms are clean. The location is great. Yes there is a distance to the center but for us this was a good thing because there is a car problem in Kavala, so parking is fine with Lucy Hotel. Breakfast is amazing. Beach is enough for guests, and it’s great. A little bit rocky, so bring your water shoes. Also there is a EV charging station for free which is a big plus for us (9 kw AC). In general this is our second great experience with Lucy and we will come back again.

Elevators are busy in daytime. Especially checkin and checkout times, don’t even bother to trying. Just use the stairs.

Very clean and spacious room with everything we would like to have in our room. Waking up to an amazing sea view in the morning and breathing in the fresh air from the two balconies ensured a perfect start to the day. The staff was very kind and helpful. Availability of parking space was important as we travelled by car, so it was very convenient to be able to park the car right in front of the hotel-and for free. Location was just perfect as it took just a few minutes to the city centre by car, passing through residential neighbourhoods (I don’t know what it would be like had we not have the car, though).

The hotel is located in nice area away from the crowded center. There is a private beach for the guests of the hotel and there is also a separate person who takes orders from the bar. There are new beach towels every day as well as cleaning service of the rooms. Parking is large and there is a supermarket nearby. Also, there are several spots for lunch in the close area.

The rooms look pretty old and it might be good to get some refreshment. The room that we stayed in had a sea view - but partly. We visited the hotel with friends who also got a room with sea view - it was way better and there was a difference.

We had a great stay at Lucy hotel with my family. The hotel is very comfortable for a small child- it has its own private beach area with clean beach towels provided, a swimming pool, a lot of space at the reception. The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of foods for every taste. The room was cleaned every day. The staff was nice and helpful. The location was good as well- several minutes from the Kavala center by car. Enough space for parking outside the hotel. Great sea view!

The rooms could use of some minor renovations.

Position, position, position!!! Ideal location! We had a great room with all standard requirements. The balcony was great with views of the city and the sea. The beach was only a short 2 minute walk away and the hotel patrons were able to use the beach lounges, free of charge and towels were provided to you at the beachside. Staff were present on the beach to bring you drinks and nibbles. These were either charged to your room or you could pay on the spot. Our package included breakfast, and what a breakfast!!!! Everything was served up, from cereal and toast to cold meats, fruit, yoghurt, jams, traditional pittes, bacon, eggs, sweets......... The pool was pristine, although we spent our time on the beach. All the staff were very accommodating. If we do come to Kavala again, the Lucy Hotel will be our go-to.

Poor internet connection.

We stayed 2 nights here. Breakfast was an open buffet and lots of choices on it. The hotel has a pool and beach. We used them both. Another great thing especially for me is the hotel has an "ev charger" That was great. I came to the hotel with my EV car. I plugged into the charger and when I checkout my car is %100 energy in it. I cant tell you how satisfying is that.

The only thing that could be better was the working hours of the spa! It's closed at 8:00 pm so after that we can't use it. The spa does not allowed for kids so the only time we are free is after our son is falling a sleep :)

Good localization: the hotel is in a small peninsula and so practically on the beach. Options of restaurants around and a supermarket in front of the hotel. Diversified breakfast. Excellent area of spa and sauna (steamer and Finish).

Our reservation had no prepayment and nevertheless two days before the chek-in my credit card was charged in almost 50% of the total amount. I contacted the hotel and they said that "they have right to charge because my reservation was flex web. According to Booking condition of reservation, there is no such a thing as "flex web". There are two options: prepayment reservation and no prepayment reservation. Our reservation was no prepayment. At the front desk, some employees were very rude and impatient.In our room, the mini bar didn't work.
