Huge rooms, fully equipped. Solid water pressure. The staff (apparently run by a family) was stellar. I mean STELLAR. Like you're staying at a 5-star resort but paying inexpensive prices. One room was two rooms, with a separate doored sleeping area. So we got three rooms for the price of two. Everything was immaculate and well-maintained. Yeah, it's an old motel from the kitschy era, which makes it even more fun. And the on-site Dairy Keen was the best food we'd had on the whole trip, despite being fast food. Highly recommended. You'll see that it's a motel and expect less, but then be very, very pleased. Long live the Swiss Alps Inn. Long live the family that runs it.

No room for improvement. It was fantastic.

My daughter and I stayed here for a fun get-away. We loved the spacious and very clean room and comfortable beds. And we really enjoyed swimming in the clean warm pool! The owner was helpful and gave us tips for places to eat nearby that were gluten free for my daughter, including the restaurant two doors down, Dairy Keen, which has awesome gluten free options and are very careful about cross contamination. Dairy Keen is also owned by the owners of Swiss Alps. We were impressed with both and were especially excited when she pointed us to a gluten free bakery just around the corner, which was also delicious. Swiss Alps Inn was the perfect spot for us!

Clean, simple and comfortable. The pillows are not as comfortable as I need but the value of the money you are paying I think it’s acceptable

I would put a little more wardrobes but I think if it’s short stay you are fine. The cleaning ladies did not do their job good while we were staying there but when we arrivées it was clean. The towels are exceptionally clean and linens too. I think the main criteria for us was comfort and value of the money

The location was very convenient to all the attractions and excursions that we had booked. There are several restaurants nearby. There was a pool area available, and a room with vending machines & ice. The room was reasonably comfortable, as were the beds. Parking was convenient, and it was a fairly good value for the price.

The facility seems a little dated. It really could be very nice with just a little refurbishing. One problem was that the grounds needed to be cleaned up a little.

It's a classic little motel. We stop here often on our commute. It's very clean. Great location to walk to main Street businesses. Comfortable bed. Very reasonably priced. It's not the Ritz and that's not what you're paying for. Pet friendly. Most of all the management is SO friendly and accommodating.

the beds are very, very comfortable. liked that the AC was far away from them. Jan was super accomodating

the barking dogs next door in #29. very annoying (and I'm a dog sitter!). barking late at night and way too early in the morning. People should not let their dogs bark at every little thing. Or muzzle them, or leave them at home. Don't put dog guests in rooms next to to guests who don't have dogs with them

Cozy, comfortable in nostalgic a

If I were to complain about anything, it would just be the TV a little bit bigger and easier to manage. I don’t see very well without my glasses so from the bed it’s hard to see so a little TV be a little bigger my little been better, but other than that, it was wonderful.

The staff were the friendliest I've ever experienced, offering us a preview of the room options and letting us choose what we preferred. The beds were comfortable, the pool was great, the owner was kind and very accommodating to our needs.

We liked everything. The only thing that would have been a bummer is the hot tub wasn't working, but it was 100 degrees outside, so we wouldn't have used it anyway.

Fun kitschy style. Rooms look very old school with the wallpaper and all. Affordable choice

No manned reception desk when we came so you had to call for the person to come over and check you in. No breakfast — you got a 10% coupon for the restaurant next door which I think is owned by the motel owners, but that was closed when we were there so that didn’t help… Diner across the street was nice but had really slow service (30 minutes for some egg and bacon to arrive!)

My family travels between Wyoming and Nevada several times every year. This is our favorite place to stay! So friendly, homey, clean and inviting! The cutest motel in Heber City!

I can't think of anything that we don't like or would change!
