We were travelling through Germany so location by the motorway was key. The hotel staff were friendly and the food both at dinner and breakfasy was good.

There was no kettle in the room.

There was a pretty staircase, and the hotel is close to the motorway.

We booked the hotel because it said on booking.com, that they had check-in 24/7 and the possibility for breakfast at the hotel. When we booked it, we didn't have the option of choosing breakfast, but that we could order at the place. We arrived in the night everything was dark and closed, so we had to pick up the key at the fuelstation across the street, which was ok. We then had to pay in cash, which we were not told, therefore didn't have cash, so we had to search to get cash. We then received the key, but NO instructions on where to get in. There are several doors, and several places where it says "Entrance". We then spend half an hour (!!) to find the door to get in. The staircase was very pretty, the room was a fine size but with stone hard beds, and a shower with black mould. Because everything was closed when we came, we couldn't order breakfast. Therefore we got up early to try and order breakfast in the morning. We were, again, met with all dark and closed hotel. On top of that, all information in the room was in German, nothing in English (Only on the front door), so we actually don't know, if that said anything regarding this. For check-out there was, again, NO information where to go or who to talk to. We looked around the property to find a human being. When we found one, we were met with "Why didn't you just go in there, you had a key", well, we didn't know, and there was NO signs or information what so ever. All in all, we were NOT satisfied with our stay.

I informed the hotel in advance that my arrival was scheduled between 23:00 and 24:00. No one even responded to my request! I arrived at the location at 23:20. The hotel was locked and I was left outside the door! I slept in the car. Considering that I didn't even get a response, I can only say that I absolutely do not recommend their service!
