The location of the apartment is in the main town centre which was super convenient. The size of the apartment was huge (we stayed in the Loft 2 bedroom). The hosts were very responsive and friendly. There was even fresh coffee and proper milk (not UHT milk) in the fridge, thank you. The vibe of the apartment is lovely, as is the view of the Cathedral. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Ely.

Just an FYI - There are 2 flights of stairs. This was fine for us, just something to note if you are not able to easily carry your luggage up the stairs. Also, make sure that you triple check the parking signs when using the public car parking. There are different rules for different times of the day.

The property is clean, has awesome windows, is very spacious and has all the facilities to cook your own dinner, a Waitrose store nearby so it was easy to buy a frozen pizza and make it in the middle of the night.

It was my fault that i didn’t double check the booking and only realised which apt I booked after checking in. I was expecting to get a loft but turns out I booked the deluxe apt which has a completely different vibe. Still, the hosts offered to move to the loft the next day as it was free then! That was very sweet, although we decided not to overuse their welcoming:)

The apartment was spotless and very spacious - we would recommend and a great location . Free parking is fairly close by . Also lovely towels and linen included. The tea , coffee wine and cookies were a lovely touch and appreciated and leaving adequate loo roll and washing up liquid is a big help when only away a night or two. Keith was super helpful in providing an extra key for our group. The only improvement would be that the mattresses were very soft and could do with replacing . The guests in the upstairs flat were very noisy & we were woken in night both nights (obv not the fault of the host but something to bear in mind) so maybe pack ear plugs….

Spacious, nicely furnished, and very comfortable 2 bedroom apartment in the city center with a partial view of the cathedral towers. We especially liked the framed photographs and other decorative touches. Kitchen is nicely appointed with all the equipment you could require for light meals, and they even provide good coffee and snacks! The area and the building felt very safe. Try The Lamb pub and the Turkish Restaurant on Fore Hill.

There's just one bathroom, and the refrigerator is very small (dormitory size). Neither of these was a problem for us; just mentioning as information for prospective guests. Garbage pickup next door at 5 AM on Tuesday was a bit noisy.

Decorated and finished to a high specification. The bed was comfortable. Loved the extra little touches such as the biscuits and the fudge and also appreciated that tea and coffee was provided. The location was good too. Close to everything and less than a 10 minute walk to the river.

These are more observations than dislikes. I would have liked a full length mirror somewhere. A bath would have been nice too. It was a really big bathroom so could have accommodated one.

Absolutely phenomenal apartments. We booked three apartments for a group of 11 of us and the place was so comfortable. Plenty of shared living space, well-equipped kitchen and there was even tea, coffee and milk ready for us. Right at the end of the high street so everything in Ely is within a 5 minute walk.

No parking available but honestly this wasn't a problem at all as we parked on Lynn Road, which is only a short walk away.

Honestly I wasn't expecting it to be as fabuluos as it was based on the cost. The size of the apartment was amazing and has been so fabulously restored. The double doors from the hallway into the lounge dining/kitchen really gives a homey feel and I love the little nook with desk for working. The bedrooms are large and the beds are so comfortable. The bathroom was fabulously finished and spotless. We loved the open plan dining/lounge/kitchen area. It was spaces, comfortable and had more than everything we needed (inlcuding milk that was in the fridge for us) as well as tea, coffee and sugar. Literally couldn't recommend the apartments more and will certainly be back next time we're in Ely. (Side note, Keith was there upon our arrival and even moved his van out of the way so we could park in his space. He showed us around and helped us with our bags). Honestly a faultless, 12/10 stay!

Honestly nothing. It was flawless.

Simply 10/10 all round. Everything in the Studio is set to such a high standard - extremely comfy bed, lush towels, powerful shower, superb lighting, close location to everything, doubled glazed so avoids all noise, all the amenities you could ask for, freebies such as wine, milk, chocolate and biscuits etc. and extremely well presented.

It is literal nit picking, but the shower makes a gurgling noise when draining water which is slightly annoying, and the bathroom door squeaks.

It was everything and more our family needed for the x2 night stay away from home. Having this space allowed us to enjoy visiting family and have a lovely base to come back to. The beds were very comfortable! Complementary treats to welcome.

The front bedroom is closer to the high street and a few pubs, whose clientele were loud. This did not disturb our young daughter’s sleep thankfully and we would definitely stay again!

Lovely apartment, with lots of space. Great decor. Very clean and warm. Very nice bathroom with an excellent shower. Extra nice touch of biscuits , milk and teabags left for our use. Very near the cathedral and lots of amenities. We really enjoyed our stay.

Really liked the property and have no complaints about it. Would have benefited from easier access to longterm parking. Parking is mainly free but often limited to two hours at a time. We did find it in the end but it was a bit of a walk. This would probably have been easier at a different time, as our visit coincided with the usual Saturday market and the Christmas market. It did not put us off using the property, as it is fantastic, we would just anticipate the time needed to find a parking space or travel by train if we don’t need the car.
