I booked this as a last minute deal for an incredible value. It was honestly a little excessive for me traveling solo, but was a great little break. HUGE apartment, gas fireplace, full kitchen, washer/dryer, big pool and 2 hot tubs - wow! The room view was fantastic. Staff was friendly, available, and attentive. I will say that since past reviews I saw, the wifi is now free and was plenty fast for my needs.

The place is huge, and a little generic. The TV was actually just a screen you had to plug a computer into (and you need to bring your own HDMI cable). The rooms were really hot - I ended up opening the window (in a March snowstorm). The lighting in the bathroom was really harsh.

The rooms are great and clean. The pool and hot tubs are also great!

It seems silly to have to pay for Wi-Fi at a place like this. It should be included. But the real issue is that when my father in law did pay it didn’t work. He went down to the front desk and then said the wifi had been having issues and they gave HIM the number to call. As if it was his responsibility to get the wifi working. Pretty ridiculous.

It is a great location, just on the south of town away from the highway. Easy to access snowmobile trails and walk to restaurants and shopping. The large plowed parking is wonderful for trucks and trailers. The room is comfortable and clean.

Some maintenance repairs need to be done. The exhaust fan in the master bathroom did not work. The timer on the gas fireplace didn’t work, the fireplace stayed on until you manually turned it off. Not great if you leave assuming it will shut off.

Great Room. Made our trip comfortable after very cold days ice fishing.

Management and check-in staff not on the same page regarding snowmobile trailer parking. If there is a specific way/location for trailers to be parked, the staff needs to be able to articulate that properly.

EVERYTHING. The size of the suite was AMAZING! Amenities all open late. The location was perfect...nestled right in West Yellowstone...close to everything. Everything was perfect and we loved it.

Beautiful property with a great special $$ during winter season. The 2BD 2BA condo was quite large and well appointed; and very comfortable for relaxing and sleeping. The front desk personnel and manager went out of their way to accommodate our last minute booking and needs !!

Noise in the hallways; don't expect the property can do anything about loud people & kids.

Amazing comfortable two bedroom apartment to share with my family. Nice kichen and living room areas inside the apartment. Heaps of games in the recreation rooms and an awesome pool and two hot tubs. Fabulous place to stay!

I love these condos for the cleanliness, location and comforts.

Paid Internet is ridiculous. Wish the place provided a little black tea. would also be nice to have milk or half and half in lobby for coffee. Non dairy creamer isn't my thing nor is it healthy.

There was no breakfast. We appreciated having the 2 bedrooms so we both had our own bedroom. The price was very reasonable. A lot of snow - the staff did a good job clearing away the snow from the parking lot.

No breakfast service ...did not like having to pay for wifi and did not like no restaurant in hotel....
