The property is conveniently located near a metro station (M6 line), which made getting around the city fairly easy. However, it’s quite far from major landmarks like the Eiffel Tower—about a 40-minute journey, for example. The apartment had a useful kitchenette, which was great for preparing simple meals, and one plus was that they kindly stored our luggage until the apartment was ready for check-in.

They don’t provide any cleaning services for stays under 7 nights—we stayed for 6 nights, so we had to manage the garbage ourselves and do a bit of tidying up around the apartment, which wasn’t ideal.

This aparthotel was good value for Paris - an expensive city. The room was very clean and comfortable with all the facilities you expect from an aparthotel - fridge, well equipped kitchen unit, large clean bathroom, dining area, comfortable bed. The location was convenient for us as we arrived into Gare de Lyon, but was also sufficiently central to walk to a lot of the main sites with the opportunity to walk either along the river or a very pleasant nearby raised park on an old railway viaduct. It was a great base for a weekend city break.

The kitchen is smaller than most aparthotels we’ve stayed in but was still very useable if the table and other units are used in addition. In our room the bed was against the wall so we only had one bedside table, but again, that wasn’t a huge problem and we enjoyed our stay.

Clean and organised. Comfortable bed and sofa bed. Nice and warm apartment.

- Bathroom was inside the bedroom, We stayed in 4 people (2 sleeping in the living room) and they had to go through the bedroom with other people sleeping to access the toilet facility. During the night this was not pleasant. I wish this was clearer when we booked the room. - Hotel provides plates that do not fit inside the washing machine. There is no point. The washing machine is there but you must hand wash, dry and put away all the plates every time you use them. - Reported to the reception that our bodywash dispenser soap was empty, they said they would sort this out but nothing was done about it.

The room looked just like the pictures provided. A studio with a kitchenette and nice balcony we felt homely. It was important for us that the place was quiet: the area is quiet and the hotel has good soundproofing and the bed was comfotable, so we slept well! Decent sized bathroom and shower with good pressure.

We stayed for 6 nights, so we expected the towels should changed, but they didn't. Among allowed equipment list was coffee machine, but actually there was only a kettle.

Clean, almost not expensive, friendly staff, quite (if your windows are closed), good furniture and technics, really cute little things such as tea, coffee and cookies

- You can have cleaning once a week and we decided to have our one in the middle of week but at least - we don’t have it at all :( - Also metro station not too close, but it’s okay - It will be really noisy if you open your windows - Don’t have AC

Good sized clean and comfortable room. Large bathroom and good facilities in the small kitchen area. Supermarket and boulangerie close by. Two metro lines close by Line 1 12 minutes, Line 8 about 8 minutes. Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. The sound proofing is very good.

A very small thing but the curvey shape of the plates and bowls made it difficult to eat at the small table - cutlery kept falling on the floor. Apologies to the people in the room below!

The first room surprisingly didn’t meet our expectations. But the staff investigated our complaints and changed it quickly! So, compliments to the staff for their customer-friendly approach! We liked the second room! It was snug and clean. Fresh air in the room.

In general, the carpet on the corridor was stained and therefore, not pleasant. The windows can be cleaned better.

The place was exactly as described, clean and well situated. 10min walk to Gare de Lyon, RER A and Metro. Staff is very friendly. There is a Lidl around the corner and everything you need within 10 min walk. Bercy Village is walking distance too.

We thought breakfast was pricy (17euro each). But with Lidl around the corner you can get nice fruit, yogurt and croissants very easily and good value.

Beautiful clean place with good amenities for a family of four. Very nice staff. Breakfasts, though crammed in relatively small space, were very good. Neighbourhood fine, with some excellent restaurants and live music from nearby conservatory. Little kitchenette with fridge and dishwasher were great.

Although reception area and breakfast dining hall are nicely air conditioned, the rooms are not. And they’re on a warm side. Ventilators are helpful but insufficient. Opening windows means mosquitoes (in June) and noise from Gare de Lyon. Cleaning is for extra fee.

The property was in a good location close to the train station and the metro. The staff were very helpful on arrival and let us check in early (which was beneficial since we had lots of luggage). There is luggage storage options.

The room was very hot (we were there in summer) and there was no air conditioning.
