Excellent location. Clean, well appointed and good value for money

The room was super for a family of 5. We had 2 large rooms and a quite big bathroom. There was space for everything, walls were painted in a acid green theme, like the beds, and we loved it. Breakfast was good, for 5 euro there was a buffet on sweets and cold cuts, different breads, some fruits, and drinks like at a café (coffee, milk, chocolate, juices, teas...) The staff was super professional and helpful...but the big plus of it is that you get all this in the pedestrian centre of Ljubljana. From there everything is reachable by feet in a safe way. Highly recommended.

Nothing, it was perfect for our needs.

We had a “green room” so we had a separate space for the third bed. It was spacious and gave us enough separation with a toddler which was nice.

The half glass shower door thing. You can only use half the shower since the rest of the shower is open. And the shower head is so low and angled into a corner. Very inconvenient to have a handheld shower head and a half piece of glass. There should be more options on the ground floor for family rooms considering they usually travel with lots of stuff and things that can’t easily go up and down the stairs since there’s no lift. They should also tell you in advance that the room entrances are outside and split up.

This is a great hotel right in the heart of Ljubliana. Rooms were cosy, and bathrooms comfortable. The breakfast is excellent value. A basic laundry service is available (just wash and dry) if you are desperate, and really reasonably priced (better than me spending time at a laundromat).

(I'm sorry this bit is longer than the positives - it really is a great hotel, but the following are just hings to bear in mind, rather than criticisms) This hotel is spread across multiple old buildings, so I understand that rooms can vary in size and arrangment. It also means that there is no lift available to the upper floors and oftern there are split levels even at ground. It is just worth mentioning, as steps may be an issue for many. There is no kettle in the room, but one is available in the common area. No water nearby to top up though. It is in a pedestiran only zone, so you will need to walk a short way to/from taxis.

Fabulous location in the historic centre. A very short walk to Preseren Square and all the sights, restaurants and bridges! The property is set around a courtyard and we stayed in a room suitable for those requiring a wheelchair so it was large and spacious. My husband would have preferred the shower to be set high up the wall rather than low but that is a small point. We booked breakfast at 5 euros each per day, which was plentiful and adequate to set us up for the day. Ask for specific instructions for the car park. It is a short walk away (10 minutes for us at the most) for 12 euros per day. The instructions given by the hotel were excellent and the procedure straightforward. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for a budget stay in Ljubljana.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my recent trip to Ljubljana. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city center, making it easy to explore all the top attractions on foot. The hotel itself had a very inviting and modern aesthetic, with a stylish lobby and common areas. It was clear this was a popular place to stay, which gave it a lively and vibrant atmosphere. My room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The bed was plush and allowed for a great night's sleep after long days of sightseeing. I was also very impressed with the breakfast spread - it offered a decent variety of delicious and high-quality options to start the day. Overall, I couldn't have been happier with my choice to stay at this hotel in Ljubljana. The unbeatable location, well-appointed facilities, and excellent breakfast made for a truly memorable visit. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch accommodation in the city.

The only minor suggestion I would make is to consider installing an elevator, as the stairs could be challenging for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues. However, this did not significantly detract from my overall excellent experience.

The room was very clean and tucked away off the main street. It was centrally located and the staff was friendly. We only stayed one night and it was sufficient, but I'm glad we were only there one night.

There was a place for a refrigerator but no refrigerator. That would have been nice. The beds were not very comfortable but it was fine for one night. The shower head hit all of us at waist level and I'm glad I only had to take one shower there. With three of us in a triple room, we struggled to find space for everyone to open and lay out our luggage.

Really nice location at the center of Ljubljana next to everything. It's litteraly 3' from the 3 bridges, 2' from the central square 9' from the dragon bridge and at the heart of the old city which is beautiful. Do not expect a with a city view or view to the river, the view is an interior courtyard. All rooms are heated and the heating works perfectly which is important especially when visiting Ljubljana in late Autumn or Winter time. Clean room with big double bed nice and clean bathroom with hot running water. Breakfast is rather simple, do not expect continental breakfast with sausages, scrambled eggs, bacon or beans. It has 5-6 different types of Coffees, a really nice collection of teas to choose, 4 different types of breads, marmalades and butter, boiled eggs, 2 types of cheese and turkey, salami or pork jamon to try. The wifi works at great speed, I was able to work remotely in my room for 2 hours when needed. The room also had a nice desk and an armchair which was very convenient. The staff is really good polite and always willing to help you.

The TV was not working properly. I had to try to make it tune and work properly. The breakfast was just 5€ but not part of the price.

Terrific location directly in the city center. We had a really spacious 4-Bed apartment with two separate rooms. One bathroom with shower, one bathroom with toilet. Parking to unload the luggage is in the 2min walking distance parking garage possible . After that you can move your car to a nearby parking garage for cheaper prices (ask the hotel) we paid 12€ for the night. The walk from the parking back to the hotel is 9min but you walk in the nice city center. For the price, the hotel was a good choice to enjoy Ljubljana.

The hallways in the building are a bit run down but the rooms are nice.

This hotel has a great location - right by the canal! It’s about a 20min walk to the bus station, too. The only small thing is, there are no lifts and we had a lot of luggage so was a bit of a pain. However, the guy on reception did offer to help us with our stuff which was super kind of him. If you have any mobility issues, I’d recommend to request a ground floor room. All in all, a good stay if you’re looking for somewhere in Ljubljana!
